I honestly don’t think most people are blaming him for the past (at least not me), what I suspect they are blaming him for is his lack of a firm response to a NUCLEAR armed North Korea. Going golfing after a weak statement is not conducive to calming your countries nerves after they popped a Nuke.

Again…. and what exactly did Bush do when the first test was done? What can the USA do? Seriously nothing. More sanctions? China knows that if living in NK gets any worse they will see a flood of refugees on their border. Invade? Nobody wants that…

Fact is that until CHINA thinks something has to be done, nothing will be done.
