Steve and Danno can look into where this guy was born.
Then when the “find the truth” Steve can be overlooking a bluff talking into his car radio instructing Danno to make the arrest.
Danno goes and is arresting Obama just as Steve enters the room and says “Book him Danno!”
The action would have to invlove a high speed chase down the only 5 mile stretch of freeway that existed in Hawaii at the time.
Yep - Steve and Danno briinging down “the one” - a nirther’s wet dream.

OT but a sad story that makes my blood boil.
8 Year old girl sexually assaulted, family dont want her anymore.
Firstly, that the family of this little girl refuse to comfort and support her because of the “shame she has brought on the family”
Secondly, because once again, the female gets the blame. Holy Crap Batman! She could hardly be accused of being “incovered meat” dammit! As well, the gutless bastards who did this were from her own country and clearly have learned from their elders that women, even girls, are nothing chattels. I wonder if CAIR would like to comment?

From the New Devil’s Dictionary:
Pravdaism: When a media outlet deliberately lies on the behalf of a political faction instead of reporting the facts.
Glenn Reynolds at Instapundit has two photos online that show many thousands of people participating in a anti-Zelaya march.
The French branch of the MSM is reporting only that “hundreds” of people took part in the march.

MORAN: I want to shift gears here. Afghanistan — this has been the deadliest month for American and NATO troops in Afghanistan ever.

When I got my award for SSDI they said they would take 3-4 months to get me a check (which would be a lump sum payment from the date of the award) because they hadda make sure that I wasn’t already receiving SSI!
I politely - but firmly - asked to speak to a supervisor and when I got ahold of one, I said “isn’t social security computerized yet?” and she said “Why yes, of course we are, why do you ask?” And I said “because I don’t understand why SSDI can’t check SSI’s computers using my SSN and name to find out if I’m getting SSI or not …I can’t afford to wait 3-4 months.” She said she’d look into it.
Two weeks later I had the check.
Just sayin…

Hey, let’s play a little game, called “post the entire quote without the headline.”
MORAN: I want to shift gears here. Afghanistan — this has been the deadliest month for American and NATO troops in Afghanistan ever.
Define victory in Afghanistan, or maybe that’s not the right word.
OBAMA: I’m always worried about using the word “victory” because, you know, it invokes this notion of Emperor Hirohito coming down and signing a surrender to MacArthur.
You know, we’re not dealing with nation states at this point. We’re concerned with al-Qaeda and the Taliban, al-Qaeda’s allies. So when you have a non-state actor, a shadowy operation like al-Qaeda, our goal is to make sure they can’t attack the United States.
Now I think that’s going to require constant vigilance. But with respect to Afghanistan, what that means is — or Pakistan, for that matter. What that means is that they cannot set up permanent bases and train people from which to launch attacks. And we are confident that if we are assisting the Afghan people and improving their security situation, stabilizing their government, providing help on economic development so they have alternatives to the heroin trade that is now flourishing.
If on the Pakistani side, we are helping to stabilize the northwest provinces and giving them assistance and providing people a good livelihood. Those things will continue to contract the ability of al-Qaeda to operate. And that is absolutely critical.
So where does he say that there is no such thing as “victory”? Funny, this reads to me like, unbelievably, he understands that un-shittifying Afghanistan is a multi-decade project without a clean resolution. This is, by the way, exactly what Michael Yon has said lately.
Improve the country, deny territory to the jihadists - funny, that sounds exactly like George W. Bush.
I’m no Obama fan by any stretch of the imagination but a lot of times I think people are really grasping at straws looking for reasons to hate him. People need to un-Fox their thinking.

Bush and Cheney had a goal of victory. And who the hell said anything about “Un-American” but you?

re: #224 Pawn of the Oppressor Hey, I gotta better idea -let’s put the quote in context, shall we?
Osama bin Laden, on VIDEO TAPE says HE’s the one responsible for 9/11 (y’all may remember that one) and Shiek Omar (or as the MSM shortly started to refer to him as “Blind Shiek Omar”) the head of the Taliban which governed Afghanistan at the time yes “YES, binb Laden is here and no we won’t turn him over to the Great Satan. You want him you come and get him.”
So nine weeks later the US did just that - and I don’t recall seeing or hearing about Shiek Omar since. But I’ve been hearing about the Taliban, and to the extent the Taliban was hiding bin Laden and giving him refuge then I think the destruction of the Taliban is indeed a “victory”. I don’t particularly WANT to turn over a nice new country to them so they can fuck that up and then give other terrorists places to hide, recruit, arm and train for other attacks on the US.

Comedy Central links (and hulu for that matter) do not play in Canada. With Comedy Central you get referred to an affiliated Canadian site which may have the material in question but given you have no idea what the title of the file was it would be a guess work search. Withe hulu it’s supposedly a copyright issue and all it’s videos can be played from U.S. IP addresses.

I can’t believe all the problems we have with this administration and folks spend their time down this rabbit hole!
I saw the clip the other night and really enjoyed it, especially the born identity graphic! Comic gold!

Hugh Hewitt and James Lileks were making fun of the nirthers yesterday (Hewitt was questioning whether Lileks was really born in Fargo, North Dakota), and Hugh even used the word “nirthers”.
