I am all for making life easier for working mothers(and fathers for that matter) with daycare assistance, pumping rooms, flexible schedules, etc., but a new parents convenience should not come at the expense of everybody else’s.
I am not unreasonable, I know emergencies happen, but it certainly shouldn’t be a regular thing.

For starters, comms between a lawyer and client are not privileged if they are made in furtherance of a crime, fraud, or other misconduct. Lawyers are officers of the court, and this is one of the few areas where prosecutors can get the lawyer to reveal details normally protected by privilege.
