Wingnuts need an education.

Let’s remember that most of these folks aren’t bad people they have been misinformed at heroic levels to associate the O word with all things evil.

Ted Cruz tweets. Net nuetrality is the obamacare of the interenets. Wingnuts follow like zombies.

May I also add that Ted Cruz is the ebola of Congress.

Vicious Babushka,

These idiots really don’t know what’s good for them. It seems that they’ll oppose anything the government does as long as Obama is in the white house.

Simply plug in three unrelated values for your go-to frenzification of the day.

“The estate tax is the Roe vs. Wade of civil liberties.”

They honestly object to the fact that it’s a redistribution of wealth, but they won’t actually say so.

14 Mattand  Nov 10, 2014 9:55:44am

The libertarian intelligentsia over at Ars Technicha, many of whom consider Obama as bad as or worse than Bush, are hailing this is a great move.

If that group, which is the peak nexus of tech and “Ya know, Ayn Rand makes some good points” thinks it’s a good idea, the GOP should listen.

Regardless of how much their party hates the idea of working with a black president.

Of course, if Cruz actually compared Net Neutrality as the White House proposes it to the ACA that regularly ranks high when people are told about all the good things it does, his argument would collapse like the Hindenburg.

So instead, he compares it to Obamacare, that phantom and horrific law that the GOP has spent years of valiant effort trying to “save” us from.

OTOH, I would LOVE to debate one of these “free market’ idiots over net neutrality. I would really enjoy hearing the theory of why an open, free internet is hurting the free market. It’d be shooting fish in a barrel.

RONNY APOLOGIZING TO FOREIGNERS!1!!

So sorry we kept it a secret. That was Ronald Reagan’s message to Margaret Thatcher when U.S. troops invaded the tiny Caribbean island of Grenada in 1983 without telling the British leader first.

The American president called the British prime minister as the invasion unfolded to apologize for having kept her in the dark, saying “I’m sorry for any embarrassment we caused you.”

The issue was particularly sensitive because Grenada was part of the British Commonwealth and recognized Queen Elizabeth II as head of state.

“Throttling” can be compared to slow checkout lines at the supermarket for those who are buying a cartload of groceries, and fast checkout lines for those buying a gallon of milk.

“No throttling” is a wasteful rule. If we were all identical copies of each other, we’d want throttling. It’s a perfect example of the golden rule. Whoever has a short, simple internet task should get it filled through the quick checkout line. Whoever has a huge task should expect to go through the not so quick line.
