You know what’s funny, I’ve been saying for years that I would have to work until I died. I’ve made such bad career decisions throughout my “professional” career - I’m 58, college educated, and have worked for 30+ companies - that there never was any nest egg or 401(k) or any other kind of retirement plan. So when I lose 50% of my portfolio it means I’m down to about $25k. Nice of y’all to join me.

I got home after Zero’s blithering speech. Since, the MSM is in the toilet with Zero my TV has gone into the dumpster.
Neither I nor my family longer needs the blithering propaganda from Zero and his TV cronies. Judging from the comments I did not miss anything.
I thank Charles and all his patrons for taking on the burden of watching the Punch-Drunk Palooka of Pennsylvania Avenue blither on for an hour. I am sure it was irritating, painful, and insulting. I enjoyed reading the posts.

We have such a traitorous liberal press. When Obama mentions healthcare, why doesn’t one of those punks say to the President, Mr. Obama, the Government has regulated banks and financial institutions and mortgages, and those institutions have come crashing down and endangered the economy and now you are talking about extreme governmental and political regulation of energy and health. Why should the American public believe that the US government can regulate health care, one seventh of our economy better than it has misregulated the financial and mortgage sectors of the economy.
The odds are he’d say there was too little regulation, cause he’s such a socialist tool.
