We have lovely fall weather here. My favorite season. I've been pulling weeds and getting my winter garden ready. Daikon radishes, chard, kale, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, soybeans, fava beans all planted and trellised.

Interesting. They don't have any issues taking money from Freedomworks or the Heritage foundation. They take a lot of money from Ron Paul's pac (Campaign for Liberty). It's going to be interesting to see how far they can go on hijacking the Republican party.

What blows me away about your link is that the American Liberty Alliance is run by Eric Odom, who is notorious for his stalker blogs and his employment of the intellectual midget, Rick Martinez.
Odom is directly responsible for trolls spamming several progressive blogs and there is circumstantial evidence that he is behind the campaign to discredit Charles and LGF.

No shit. My grass suddenly remembered it was grass (Buffalo stays dormant but alive). And I am assuming that mosquito eggs can survive for two years without water. The last three weeks have been so bad I can't sit on my porch and glare at strangers while drinking a beer and dueling that bastard Will Shortz, who is kicking my ass right now. The bottom half filled nicely, but the top...feh.

That was really cool. I believe it's an E-bow he's using. Basically, it's an electromagnet that excites the guitar strings making a bow-like sound.
I was looking at Fernandes guitars at one point, who advertise having a built in sustainer in some of their models and a kit for installing in other guitars.
There's a demo of the kit here (warning: it's long-winded, but if you're interested it's cool):

Charles,
It would have been more appropriate for me to send you a note via e-mail, but I will let me first post on your site live here. I wanted to sincerely thank you for having the artistic and technical skills to make LGF be what it is today. I am a trumpet aficionado, but I completely appreciate guitar talent. You introduced me to Any McKee well after I was a Al Di Meola fan, and I would just like to say thank you. I have purchased a number of Andy McKee's CDs and enjoy them while I bike all around San Diego. "Ebon Coast" and "Friend I Never Met" are simply a joy to listen to.
Cheers!

late, late post to this thread... but oh well :)
I watched this vid again and again - and it looks eminently playable by the a mid-level guitar player who wants to try his or her hand at this type of alt playing. I found that Andy McKee has tabs to a lot of his music on his site - only $2/pop - a deal. The tabs are richly detailed. For those who care, this tune is in DADGAD tuning.
- Stuck in a hotel room in Paris with no guitar other than those useless iPhone apps! Poor me!
