Our pals in the religious apartheid kingdom are cracking down on bloggers; the Washington Post calls the latest victim of the crackdown a “dissident,” but the media have corrupted this term so thoroughly—using it for terrorists, writers, war protesters, and everything in between—that I have no idea what it means in this context: Dissident Saudi Blogger Is Arrested.
