‘Unskewed Polls’ Right Wing Kook Launches ‘BarackOFraudo.com’

Squeezing more cash out of gullible wingnuts
Wingnuts • Views: 32,673

Demented right wing blogger Dean Chambers, who infamously tried to just make up poll numbers during the 2012 election, to the unanimous acceptance of the right wing echo chamber (and subsequent humiliation when their fake “unskewed” polls were shown to be complete frauds), is now trying to bilk some more money out of gullible wingnuts with a website that looks like it was designed by a hyper-active toddler on crack: ‘Unskewed Polls’ Founder Dean Chambers Launches Vote Fraud Website.

The name of the site: “Barack O’Fraudo.”

Dean Chambers, the founder of unskewedpolls.com, launched a new website last week alleging that President Barack Obama did not legitimately carry Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Florida, but instead won those states thanks to voter fraud.

Doubling down on fleecing the gullible.

Why would anyone trust what this guy is selling? He was so far wrong that he wasn't even in the ballpark, no wait, sport, no not quite right either - universe (yes, there it is). His methodologies were atrocious (as far as one can figure out his method was simply to believe the numbers he used to be true, all facts and reasoning aside.

Now, he's taking that belief-based nonsense to tackle vote fraud?

Good luck with that. Dean will be laughing all the way to the bank while no vote fraud is actually uncovered. Well, that might not be accurate. He might find a few GOPers who actively sought to commit voter registration fraud, but not anyone who cast a ballot illegally.

The thing I'm most offended by is the name. “Barack O’Fraudo"? Really? That's the best you could do? His name doesn't even end in an "o" fer fuck's sake.

Republicans can't comedy: it is axiomatic.

For the entire evening, as the vote totals were coming in, Mitt Romney lead in Virginia and continued to lead up to the point where 97% of the voting divisions were counted in Virginia and Romney held a 50 percent to 49 percent lead, enough of a lead that should have been upheld with only three percent of the votes left to be counted.
When they finished counting the votes in the state, at the last minute the total went to 51.1 percent to 47.4 percent in favor of Obama, after showing a lead of 1-4 percent lead in favor of Romney the entire night. That raises the question, where in the state where those last voters counted from and reported from? The answer to that will probably answer to where the votes came from.

It's really simple, chief.
The last votes tallied were Norfolk City and Fairfax county. Dem strongholds.

Sorry, but I don't see it. If he had made them white rather than black, could not the same charge be leveled just as well? If green, then charge that the color is meant to suggest those states were bought. If yellow---you see the pattern.

The problem isn't that it's a dog whistle. The problem is that it's just so defiantly stupid. This is in the league of Hitler in his bunker, moving imaginary armies around to come to the relief of Berlin. Deluded and trawling for followers to share the koolaid.

I think that's more like it. I have a few in my family who don't listen to talk-radio nor watch any wingnutty news, they just believe in stupid shit out of pure hatred and living in a fact-free bubble. The news and talk-radio definitely exacerbates the issue, but they're a symptom, not a cause.

Meh. Mabye. This bit is worse, if you ask me "Such is true of the voting divisions where Obama gets 100 percent of the votes cast. As if anyone REALLY believes that is legitimate."

Those districts were black districts.

I find it really easy to believe that in some places, not a single black person voted for the guy with Donald Trump on his team, the guy who made birther jokes, the guy who said that more than 90% of black people just want handouts and free stuff. I find it really easy.

Ehh...they keep jumping on supposed voter fraud only for it to be instantly debunked...then they jump on some other inconsistancy...

Only this could be less possible in a fair election:

Out of 175,554 registered voters, 247,713 vote cards were cast in St. Lucie County, Florida on Tuesday.

Guess who won the county. I won’t bother to give the answer.

St.Lucie had a two card ballot so the machines counted the number of cards not the number of voters, this is explained clearly on their website. It also explains that the actual voter turnout was about 70% of registered voters. So then the question became...

If that is true why aren't there exactly twice as many cards counted as there were total Presidential election votes?

The answer is that the second card was for local amendments and not all the voters filled them out, they only filled out the card dealing with the election races. Blanks were not fed thru the card readers.

None of which really matters because it has already become axiomatic in the wingnut tribe that widespread fraud occurred. At this point it doesn't matter how many of their conspiracies get shot down, it's just not going to change their minds.

Turns out, threatening to charge your customers more is bad for business:

John Metz Denny's Obamacare Surcharge Stirs Big Mess For Restaurant Chain

Don't expect to hear more about an Obamacare surcharge from Denny's franchisee John Metz.

Denny's chief executive John Miller privately reached out to Metz to express his "disappointment" with the Florida franchisee's controversial statements about Obamacare, which sparked a wave of backlash for the national restaurant chain over the past few days. Metz released a statement Monday night expressing "regret" over his statements.

"We recognize his right to speak on issues, but registered our disappointment that his comments have been interpreted as the company’s position," Miller said in an email to The Huffington Post.

Miller is rushing to put out the fire sparked by Metz's controversial proposal to charge restaurant customers a 5 percent Obamacare fee. "Customers have two choices: They can either pay it and tip 15 or 20 percent, or if they really feel so inclined, they can reduce the amount of tip they give to the server," Metz told HuffPost in an interview last week.

Some Denny's franchisees have since dealt with angry customers, calls for a boycott and declining sales. A spokeswoman for Metz said he will not conduct more interviews.

You're ignoring the fact that the small margin of error led to a meticulous recount. It's one of the most scrutinized elections in recent history, and yet there are still people pathetically clinging to the idea that Franken stole the election.

In Florida, a full recount never happened-- you might remember, there was a Supreme Court case about it?

I read an article that a recount in FL **was** done and Gore won. This was maybe six months ago that I read the article.

Bryan Fischer Believes Exorcisms Can Cure Homosexuality

FISCHER: I think there’s no question that there are spiritual factors at work in this —

PAKMAN: Are they demons?

FISCHER: — that using spiritual weapons of our warfare according to the New Testament can be effective. We know that people can get delivered from homosexual behavior. The former president of the American Psychological Association, Nathan Cummings — he’s seen that happen in his own private clinical practice. He’s seen people get free of homosexual behavior and change their sexual orientation, so it certainly is possible. There may be spiritual factors at work. If there are, then the power of the Gospel, the name of Jesus Christ, the power of the Holy Spirit can be of enormous help.

PAKMAN: And an exorcism might be a way to do that?

FISCHER: Well we believe in the reality of spiritual forces just like Jesus did. [If] you got a problem with demons, David, your problem’s not with me, it’s with Jesus Christ, because he believed in them.

Woman busted for driving 100 mph was ‘letting the Lord spirit guide me’

A woman in Florida says that God told her to drive 100 mph in a 30-mph zone while blowing her horn at 1 a.m on Tuesday morning.

Officers in Fort Pierce observed 41-year-old Melissa Miller driving a silver Toyota south on U.S. 1 with her arm out the window and blowing her horn for 10 seconds, according to a police report obtained by WPTV. The car allegedly increased speed before later coming to a stop on Virginia Avenue.

Miller told officers that she was driving so fast “because I was letting the Lord spirit guide me,” the report said. The woman also insisted that the excessive horn blowing was due to “the Lord telling me to do it.”

Whatever it takes. All your border states had internal divisions on the question. In Virginia, these were so intense that western Virginia seceded from the secession and went over to the Union. In Maryland, both sides raised regiments. In Tennessee, there were pro-union counties that raised volunteers for the North. In Missouri, they had their own private civil war within the main one. But if you pan out and look at the big picture, KY went for the North.

Lincoln scored a victory of immense and little-appreciated scope by playing his cards right on the Kentucky question. The Confederacy, always full of vainglorious dreams and false hopes, invaded. Kentucky did not rally to the Reb flag. Go figure.

Wars are not just questions of lead and steel. Statecraft matters.

My point exactly. Denny's corporate saying "We're disappointed in this dude" represents the absolute bare minimum of PR damage control. Being employed by a large franchise corporate HQ myself, I can confidently say that if one of our franchisees had kicked one of our brands in the nuts as hard as Metz did, they'd be getting "Take down your badging and surrender your equipment" notices the next day.

Denny's doesn't really have a good track record with race relations. They got hammered in the 90's for some stuff they were allegedly doing discriminating against minorities.

My wife saw that at a Denny's in Georgia.

She was behind two black couples. They tried to seat her first. She told them "Not before you seat the people in front of me."

The waitress did so, but very grudgingly. Gave my wife a dirty look.

Then they ignored the black couples and tried to take my wife's order first. She told them, "Not before you take their orders." Again, dirty looks and dragging ass.

The black couples's meals arrived half an hour after my wife's did.

When she went to pay she complained to the manager and his attitude was "Why do you even give a shit?"

She's never been back.
