Donald Trump Gives Conspiracy-Monger Alex Jones Exclusive Details of His Congressional Address

Bad craziness on steroids
Politics • Views: 46,945

I never thought I’d live to see the day when a raving conspiracy-promoting freak like Alex Jones — the guy who thinks the 9/11 attacks and the Sandy Hook mass murder were staged by the government — would have a direct line to the White House. But here we are.

Donald Trump will deliver his first congressional address Tuesday, February 28, and Infowars has exclusive details regarding what the 45th president plans to discuss.

Here’s a point-by-point preview of what the president will address during his speech tomorrow before a Joint Session of Congress, as relayed to Infowars…

“As relayed to Infowars.” This is me, shaking my head at how bad this is getting.

Trump has all of the same flaws without any of Bush’s humanity; if forced to choose between the two, I wouldn’t hesitate to vote for Bush, as bad as he was.

Bush at least had some reasonable views about immigration policy and the Moslem world.

I was reading an article on that very topic, namely that the Reformation had a very retrogressive effect on Christianity in many ways.

Kind of like how Wahhabism did to Islam.

When the same usual suspects blurt about how Islam needs to be “reformed”, they are too stupid to realize that reform doesn’t always hold a positive connotation.

But Iran!!!!!

As much as the dislike the Iranian theocracy, they’re not really against non-Muslims the way Saudi Arabia and Salafi jihadis claim to be.

I mean, Ayatollah Khomeini renamed a street in Tehran from Churchill St to Bobby Sands St., which is still standing (much to the detriment of British leaders). Crazy, isn’t it?

re: #14 Kragar

The problem is that Trump is the ultimate in binary thinkers. You WIN a war, or you LOSE a war. Your enemy is either CRUSHED, or you’re HUMILIATED. This is why he thought beating ISIS is easy - you bomb the crap out of them.

WRT ‘winning wars’, I seem to recall that we rolled over the Iraqi military twice, pretty easily, and also managed to defeat the Taliban in Afghanistan.

The wars were simple. The peace was tough. And no matter how bad the Bush Administration was at the peace, the Trump Administration will be that much worse.

Think about how Trump has acted since taking office. It’s like he thought once he won, all the opposition would go away. He won. He thinks that’s what wars would be like. We’d defeat ISIS, and that would be it.

Just some random thoughts that pop in my head, usually when reading articles like this. My folly of giving people the benefit of the doubt at times :(

On another note, has he commented on Milo in the wake of his pedophilia and pederasty comments?

Still, he manages to travel to give speeches outside the Netherlands, including at the Republican convention in Cleveland, where he spoke at the “Milo Yiannopoulos Wake Up Party,” a gathering of lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgender people for Mr. Trump.

Torres was sentenced to 20 years, with 13 of them in prison, for aggravated assault, terroristic threats and street gang terrorism.

Norton, who according to the Journal-Constitution is the mother of Torres’s children, was sentenced to 15, serving six, for terroristic threats and street gang terrorism….”

Peace has always been tough. War (or even just the threat of it) is good for the economy. It gives (some) people purpose that they can’t find elsewhere. It gives politicians an easy excuse to wave the flag. And it’s easy, kill people and break things.

But peace? Peace requires work and understanding. It requires nuance and negotiations. As President Obama said:

Peace is hard, but we know that it is possible. So, together, let us be resolved to see that it is defined by our hopes and not by our fears. Together, let us make peace, but a peace, most importantly, that will last.

I said downstairs that Bill Paxton had fun hamming it up on Agents of SHIELD. I wasn’t the only one to notice:

The most fun thing about Paxton’s role as John Garrett in season one of Agents of SHIELD was the glee Paxton took in chewing the scenery once the character’s true allegiances to Hydea were revealed. Garrett’s turn was vital to making the midseason twist work on television. Paxton had to play a long history with Coulson, making Garrett just likable enough that we believed he was a good agent, and enough of a jackass that we believed the heel-turn later. Plus, as mentioned before, he was just really, really fun to watch once his evil side was revealed.

What the Fuck was Trump rambling on about now? I missed some massive problem with tiles falling off the QMT after Sandy?

Nope. Just nope. No tile issues with NYC tunnels.

There was a Big Dig tile/panel issue - where a roof panel did fall and crush a car killing persons in that car. That was attributed to an improper fix/installation.

IMPERIAL — Peculiar things can happen after folks drill deep into the earth — looking for oil, water or whatever — and leave a bunch of holes in the ground. Fluids can gurgle and leak, migrating where they don’t belong. In rare instances, land could even sink or collapse.

The oddest unintended consequences tend to bubble up in this pockmarked slice of West Texas, where wildcatters started poking holes in the ground nearly a century ago.

“If this stuff was even close to Austin, hell, it’d be national news,” said Ty Edwards, the fresh-faced assistant general manager of the Middle Pecos Groundwater Conservation District, as he barreled down an empty stretch of highway during a June tour of the some of the standouts.

Texas, the nation’s petroleum king, is home to nearly 300,000 wells currently pumping oil, gas and dollars into the economy. But those are hardly the only holes that petroleum companies have bored into the Texas landscape. As far back as 1990, Texas touted more than 1.5 million oil and gas-related holes, including hundreds of thousands of test wells, service wells and those that came up dry.

There’s a bill in the Kentucky General Assembly right now that is intended to strengthen the current law. House Bill 241 will prohibit coaches from returning a student to play until a physician’s full concussion evaluation is completed. The measure also prohibits a student from returning to play if no physician or licensed medical professional is available to conduct a concussion evaluation.
It has passed in the House and is now being considered in the Senate.

I can’t fathom why any parent would want to have anything less than the maximum level of medical attention for their kids available at any sports event: particularly football, where the prospect of concussion (or other serious injury) is a real and present danger, but then again, it’s:

Rage Furby being Rage Furby:

On the fifth anniversary of Trayvon Martin’s death, the man who took his life joined WeSearchr for an interview in which he discussed which news organizations “truthfully” covered the shooting.

George Zimmerman, who killed 17-year-old Martin and was ultimately found not guilty on second-degree murder charges, told WeSearchr host Peter Duke, “Fox News was the only one that reported carefully.” Zimmerman added, “I would say Sean Hannity himself was the only person that reported the truth at the time, which was that everyone knew nothing until the trial. And I thank him for that.”

I agree. The dilemma parents face is whether to put their 8 year old into a football program at all. Once they’re there, I think a parent might think it was important that they play all the games, which is where having a medical professional give an opinion would be useful. Parents generally don’t have medical knowledge-and they might not be aware that a game or two won’t make any difference in the search for a sports scholarship.

I live in a small rural town that has a huge tourist attraction on its outskirts (Luray Caverns). I could have told them that. What these businesses do is they do everything they can to keep the visitors on their property for as long as possible, spending all their money there. They have their own gift shops, restaurants, even a gas station. It’s all about draining the money out of the tourists and leaving them broke and tired before they get back into the car and drive home. They are NOT going to venture into town and spend money on local businesses. It’s not in the interest of the owners of the attraction to let that happen.

A Virginia man is accused of biting another man’s face after making anti-Muslim slurs in a parking lot at a busy shopping mall late last year.

Fairfax County police say in a statement that 35-year-old Robin McGreer was arrested Monday and charged with bias-related malicious bodily injury.

Investigators say McGreer approached a 31-year-old man on Nov. 27 in the lot at Tyson Corner Center, started a conversation and threatened him with racial insults.

The two started fighting and police say McGreer bit the victim in the face before fleeing.

Police spokeswoman Megan Hawkins says the threats and slurs at issue were anti-Muslim. She says the delay between the incident and arrest was because of a thorough investigation.

I really want to compile all the ways tha anti-Semitism operates in the background of all this wingnut shit. JBS materials, Cultural Marxism/Bolshevism, Christian supersession and the image of Jews as Christ-killers, the dozens of variations on tropes from the Protocols.

Hell, track most of the conspiracy thinking that dominates the wingnuts and alt-right, you scratch an earlier conspiracy theory about Jews.

This wave of harassment shouldn’t be surprising. Old Christian resentment of Jews never really went away, it merely got drowned out by the triumphalism over being the good guys that beat the Nazis and ended the Holocaust. New conspiracy oriented anti-Semites are simply following the arc of modern conspiracy materials, back-tracing to the earlier versions where the Jews were the explicit cause.

It was always inevitable (IMO) that the US right would return to the anti-semitism of its past. However, I am shocked by the speed at which this is happening, with dozens of incidents in the past few weeks, and no real response from Trump’s Blight House.

Trump’s speeches as a whole, combined with the militant indifference (at best) of the Republican party to bigotry, appear to have been taken as a green light to proceed by all kinds of assorted haters and fucknuts.

This is all on the Trump administration and the Republican party. They have sown the seeds of stochastic terrorism, and we are seeing the results right now.

These are people who are convinced that “illegals” are a kind of folk devil, completely apart from the undocumented and migrant workers they take for granted. In my experience it never went away. In particular, among the moneyed and landed conservative types (who I was frequently around by virtue of my family’s standing) it was always present. Country-club racism. All the code terms—New York, internationalist, et cetera—I heard them all first explicitly framed in terms of Jewish-ness.

One of my favorite fictive “uncles” was an non-practicing Jew, and there was a deep ugly surprise when it became an issue of controversy when his step-daughter married into a “nice” Christian family (that were awful snobbish wingnuts, it turned out…complete with hidden fiscal irresponsibility, haha)…not even a matter of conversion or culture, just that he was one. Interesting. I have no direct experience on-point, but once I grew realistic enough about US conservatives, I simply assumed that their repudiation of anti-semitism (at least in public) was mostly for appearances only, and would end as soon as the Holocaust became sufficiently historically remote.

It is true that Eugene is a coward, but mostly he is just the manifestation of the rest of us, who would probably do just about whatever we needed to do not to get our skulls caved in by Negan. However, I’m pretty sure that Eugene didn’t need to wear the full hazmat breathing gear in order to whip up a couple of pills that would put someone to sleep permanently. Considering that Eugene knew beforehand that the story the girls concocted was bullshit, my guess is that before this season is over , we’re gonna see Eugene stepping over a shitload of dead Saviors on his way out of the encampment.
