New Evidence Chuck Johnson May Have Been Behind the “Pretty Little Liar - Rape Hoax” Posters at Columbia

Chuck Johnson’s awful obsession
Wingnuts • Views: 45,780

During Commencement Week at Columbia University earlier this month, someone hung posters on the Columbia campus and on Broadway with a photo of activist Emma Sulkowicz and the words “Pretty Little Liar.” At the same time, someone created a Twitter account: @fakerape, and according to Anna Merlan’s article linked above, one of the first people to follow that account was infamous cyberstalker Chuck C. Johnson.

More than a few people suspected Johnson was behind this stunt, and there’s a substantial amount of evidence for that suspicion. For one thing, Chuck tweeted this ugly comment on May 1st:

For another, @ChuckCJohnson_Planning_to_Monetize_His_Obsession_With_Rape">as we pointed out at LGF a week ago, Chuck Johnson recently registered the domain names FakeRapeRegistry.com and RapeFraud.com, listing his photographer friend Peter Duke (who took the photographs of Chuck stalking me at my former apartment) as the registrant organization. Chuck has made it very obvious that he’s obsessed with rape and smearing rape victims as “frauds,” with or without evidence. And he was particularly nasty and obsessive about Emma Sulkowicz.

Well, now there’s another interesting development that strongly suggests Chuck Johnson was indeed involved in this ugly stunt at Columbia: shortly after all of Johnson’s accounts were permanently suspended by Twitter, that @fakerape account set up to promote the posters was also suspended — raising the possibility that it was identified by Twitter as being either registered by Chuck Johnson himself, or by someone closely associated with him.

Obviously this isn’t absolute proof Chuck was involved, and he probably didn’t hang the posters himself even if he was. Note that he was in New York a few days before Columbia’s commencement, however, in time to prepare the posters and arrange to have someone hang them.

We may never know the truth, and Johnson will lie about it, of course, because that’s what he does. But there are an awful lot of coincidences here, and Johnson explicitly mentioned “planning something big.” So draw your own conclusions, dear readers.

UPDATE at 5/28/15 3:11:22 pm by Charles Johnson

And here’s even more circumstantial evidence that Chuck was behind the posters. Check out the design and the font used in this illustration from Johnson’s website:

Yes — that’s the exact same “stressed” typewriter font used in the “Pretty Little Liar” poster. (h/t: @rothschildmd.)

UPDATE at 5/28/15 3:25:49 pm by Charles Johnson

Chuck Johnson also used the same font in an illustration for a bogus post about Lester Holt:

UPDATE at 5/28/15 4:05:30 pm by Charles Johnson

In my opinion, the font evidence is conclusive. There are hundreds (if not thousands) of similar — but not identical — typewriter fonts out there; it’s very, very improbable that a random person unconnected to Johnson in any way would have picked exactly the same font for the Liar poster that Johnson had used at least twice before — and that definitely is the exact same font. You can tell by looking closely at the shapes of the letters used in common on all the illustrations.

UPDATE at 5/28/15 4:38:03 pm by Charles Johnson

Just to seal this one for good, here’s a better closeup of the “Pretty Little Liar” poster:

All the letters in common with Chuck Johnson’s Brian Williams illustration are exactly identical. There’s no doubt whatsoever; it’s the same font.

UPDATE at 5/28/15 5:35:16 pm by Charles Johnson

LGF reader “WhatEVs” put together this side-by-side comparison of the fonts — there’s really no doubt at all that these are the same typefaces.

So, that’s NYC and DC…

If Geller is succeeding at anything, it’s getting her own ads banned in major cities. Probably not the result she was anticipating.

He’s definitely got an ax to grind against rape victims, real or imagined. I have to admit it’s kind of a touchy subject; because rape should always be taken incredibly seriously, it absolutely does suck to be falsely accused. But that doesn’t mean every woman making accusations is faking it, and subjecting victims to humiliating and/or aggressive procedures to prove their allegations will only reduce the already abysmally low rate of reporting real cases.

This is the kind of thing McCrory does to cover up his horribleness elsewhere. He tries to be “progressive” on some social issues.

It’s what got him elected 7 times as mayor of Charlotte. Charlotte is pretty gay friendly, at least in some areas. McCrory likes to think of himself as kind of a buttoned down “hipster”, if there is any such creature.

Former House Speaker Dennis Hastert Indicted

CHICAGO (AP) — Federal prosecutors have indicted former U.S. House Speaker House Dennis Hastert on bank-related charges.

A statement from the U.S. attorney’s office in Chicago says the 73-year-old Illinois Republican is accused of structuring the withdrawal of $952,000 in cash in order to evade the requirement that banks report cash transactions over $10,000. He’s also accused of lying to the FBI.

Social conservatives often make a basic category error when thinking and talking about rape.

The caveman so-con view that rape is a property crime where the aggrieved party is the husband/father/brother (i.e., owner) of the woman who was raped is very common. Those who hold to this view are usually incapable of hiding it, resulting in that long list of awful RWNJ comments on the subject.

Wouldn’t shock me. They see these measures as a means of “punishing” women for considering choice. Really if they honestly cared about reducing abortion, they would actually support Planned Parenthood, support real sex education classes, and support helping poor and unwed mothers out. The old milage about them being pro life right until the child is born is very true. Their opposition to abortion is based on one matter and that’s to control women.

Right goes without saying. There’s sadly this attitude in the Asperger’s community. Chuckles started playing to the MRA/Gamergate/ Human Biodiversity crowd after it became clear that he was too toxic to make money from the traditional right wing slime machine. Guys like Milo at Brietbart and VoxDay have shown there’s an audience for the kind of garbage Chuck moved into lately. Note his beginning to rant against SJWs before the end came for him

Very true. With respect to the public policy ‘debate’ about abortion, the old slogan “If men could get pregnant, abortion would be a Sacrament.” is a completely decisive observation. Game, set and match.

What pisses me off as a man is how little empathy “pro lifers” especially men give to women especially rape victims who become pregnant.

We have Larry Flynt to thank for so much of that. But yeah seriously Newt Gingrich cheated on his sick wife and then tried to claim that he committed adultery because he was “passionate” about his country. Uh no Newt. Really this may be what I despise about conservatives the most It’s the whole moral superiority code they have about themselves. While there is evidence suggesting that Upchuck had a hand in the posters, I do have to wonder if he was actually involved.

The suspension of the @fakerape Twitter handle, the misspellings in the posters, Upchuck’s claims that he was going to do something, etc. certainly suggest his involvement.

However, he loves to claim credit for things such as bringing down Menendez, even if he obviously wasn’t responsible. So he fact that he is denying any involvement is interesting. I think he’d be claiming credit if he could, so either he’s not claiming involvement out of fear of legal action, or he wasn’t involved, or those actually hanging the posters didn’t want him to claim involvement for fear it might lead back to them.

Given that Upchuck does shitty things, I’m inclined to thing he was involved, but am curious as to why he’d deny it. Maybe he just can’t help lying.

I wonder if the location was a fort at a saltwater town. Did non seaside fort canons have mounts that look like warship ones?

Heavily fortified city on a river. Still tidal at that location. There is a giveaway clue that narrows it down quite a bit.

Naval-style carriages were used in fortress guns in the modeled time period.

I’m not at all convinced. There are some bits and pieces of coincidence, but not enough to convince an objective audience - and I couldn’t call myself or most people here at LGF ‘objective’, when it comes to Chucky The Sociopath(CTS). :) Also, aside from the ‘evidence’ not being enough to convince me, given that those posters aren’t illegal, no way would an ego like CTS be able to keep his trap shut. He’d have been extremely proud of them - I’d have thought, anyway.

re: #152 Charles Johnson

No, that isn’t the same font - look at the capital A. The Sabo poster’s font has a flat top on the A - the font Chuck used has a pointed top. The R is also very different.

I yield to your superior knowledge of fonts! Just knowing that Sabo has dissed Lena Dunham, the Rolling Stone rape story and the Clintons; loves Ted Cruz and has used some offensive phrasing similar to upchuck’s, I thought there might be a connection. Most likely, it’s upchuck and crew copying Sabo—quite the role model!

165 ObserverArt  May 28, 2015 4:18:26pm

re: #139 Charles Johnson

But again - the fact that the font is identical (not just similar, it’s the same font) is really strong evidence that whoever did those designs for Chuck’s site also did the Liar poster. That’s almost certainly not a coincidence.

Maybe Chuck got a frustrated/pissed off art student at Columbia to bite on his project and they sent him the font, the main image idea and they put it together at a local FedEx-Kinkos.

It does look to be a large poster, so there either was fairly large photo image accessible or the photo dude that helps Chuck did a photo interpolation and created a large enough image to print the poster.

I think that sort of mount was typical for any cannons that were not meant to be moved any great distances.

Exactly right. This is a “garrison carriage” These were identical to ship carriages, but were often found inland as well.

Because these guns were not required to travel about, they were only provided with four small wheels called “trucks”, whose main function was to roll backwards with the recoil of the gun and then allow it to be moved forward into a firing position after reloading.

That’s the nature of circumstantial evidence. This isn’t an airtight, court-of-law case; it’s just a lot of convenient things that add up to a compelling argument.

198 Charles Johnson  May 28, 2015 4:51:30pm

I understand that folks who don’t work professionally with typefaces may not realize how distinctive font designs are - but they really are like fingerprints. Even two similar fonts ostensibly from the same family from different type foundries will show slight differences that make it very clear which is which, to an experienced eye.

The pound symbol looks like it was drawn over the type — notice that it extends into the space of the R. That wouldn’t happen in a monospaced font. Also the stroke width is heavier than the rest of the letters. I think it was added by hand.

I was looking at free fonts on the ‘net a bit. I am using the E as my quick identifier. It is very unique with the break in the upper extender. Plus the top of the E is thin and the bottom a bit heavier. It should be fairly easy to spot that E.

Problem is, there are a gazillion funky typewriter fonts. So, no luck, but I don’t have the time.

There may be thousands of stressed fonts, but compare all the serifs. I doubt there are that many whose serifs match to a T (as well as an E, a P and an R, especially the R…the swoop is identical).

The kerning differs, but you can alter kerning in Word.

Rescue.

We adopted his sister along with Problem Child about three weeks before we lost our then-existing cat (sleep warm, Coco) and when we were finally ready to look at getting a third again, he was still with the rescue group where we’d gotten them. I contacted them and they brought him over and has been with us since.

I suspect there may be some Maine Coon in there - he and his sister have ear tufts, and the fur between the toes. Also, bigger cats - he’s the small one at 11 pounds.

We suck at renaming the cats, so he is William because that is what the rescue group named him.

That’s left some Twitter users wondering how the network’s new order will affect them in the wake of Johnson’s banishment. Johnson believes that Twitter has suspended the accounts of friends and neighbors who have accessed Twitter from his home network. Johnson’s pal Neil O’Brien told me that Johnson helped him set up his Twitter account and teach him the basics of the network; he’s since used it just a few dozen times, mostly to tweet mild anti-government insults, and he hadn’t updated it since May 8. But his account was suspended this weekend, too. According to O’Brien, Twitter told him that he has “been permanently suspended for creating multiple accounts for disruptive or abusive purposes.”

Even if this is true, and I have my doubts, so the fuck what? IP addresses are an element of the anti-abuse developer toolkit. Twitter would have had every reason to believe that account was being used by Chuck, because Chuck had used it.

258 Charles Johnson  May 28, 2015 5:48:18pm

The tech folks at Twitter are very savvy. They know better than to start banning people based on IP addresses, that are easy to change or disguise, and can be the same for different people using the same network. I think Chuck’s claim is bullshit.

259 goddamnedfrank  May 28, 2015 5:51:17pm
Twitter is “trying to make an example out of me,” Johnson told me this week. On that, if nothing else, we agree. I just wish we had a better idea of what he is being held up as an example of. Does Johnson represent one of the first harassers felled by Twitter’s new, expanded definition of abuse? Does he illustrate the risks of goading Twitter’s most powerful users? Or does he show that when journalists complain, Twitter acts? Twitter hopes to become a destination for news on the Internet. I wish its readers—and its journalists—had a better sense of its judgment.

The article feels like the writer just doesn’t want to acknowledge the reason given. Earlier she writes:

It could be that Twitter gives users a certain number of chances to stop breaking the rules, and that Johnson had used his all up.

Gee, you think? Suspended and let back in three previous times, how many strikes should Twitter give? It’s almost like Hess doesn’t realize journalism is an adult occupation, instead of some schoolyard game they get to play instead of getting real jobs.

It’s amazing to me how many people who call themselves journalists can’t be bothered with the basic details - like, say, how to spell DeRay Mckesson’s name. It’s not “McKesson” or “McKessen,” as Hess has it. Learning to get the names right was one of the first things I learned as a baby journalist. Kids these days…

Let’s say Chuck did “set it up,” at his house and that was his friend’s only sin. Twitter’s correlation tool might then see both the same IP address and password Chuck uses for other accounts. Possibly the same MAC address number too if Chuck set the account up on his own machine. Twitter’s correlation tool probably does look for multiple hits before making a decision, but the point is that Hess presents no reason to look at this guy as a victim of overreach, as he and Chuck say.

That is a remarkably stupid thing to write. Of course CCJ richly deserved the perma-ban.

Oddly enough, the basic thesis of the article (i.e., Twitter’s enforcement of its own rules is arbitrary and capricious) is one I find highly plausible. After all, policing the tweets isn’t going to bring in the big bucks.

Her observation that CCJ’s ban most likely came about only because his target was high-profile with lots of followers also rings true. CCJ’s prior offenses were worse (especially when taken together), but not apparently ban-worthy.

Not just bold. If you are working in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw you can add any amount of outline to thicken the font. Plus, it is very easy to mess with the vector lines to distort, add bumps, etc. Once you have a vector line font, you can do all kinds of stuff to it. Working in a vector art program gives you way more control than Photoshop. Once you have it in vector, you can import it into Photoshop and further screw with it.

re: #269 Charles Johnson

Could be a difference in the bold variant.

I would add that it also depends on the software used to create the artwork, for example in Photoshop. As I’m sure you know, but others may not, there are 5 different options for anti-aliasing text. In order of appearance they are:

None
Sharp
Crisp
Strong
Smooth

You can see the difference without even zooming in, and that’s with a very clean, modern, geometric font. When you’re using a grunge/distressed font the differences can be even bigger (ditto for weight variants).

Absolutely nothing she writes supports the subtitle: “The infamous troll has tweeted some truly horrible stuff. Twitter’s definition of “abuse and harassment” is vague, and the statement that got Johnson dinged is pretty ambiguous.

Except Twitter’s rule against releasing personal information like addresses isn’t vague at all, and Chuck was suspended three times for violating that <- Not mentioned once in the article. The article drips with deliberate obtuseness and equivocation. Johnson’s lawyer straight up admitted yesterday that his client’s intent was “doxing.”

One more example of fun with type. I messed with the lower case e to get a bit more like the one in the example. It is hard to see it completely, but with a minute messing with the vector lines I can somewhat simulate the upper closed part and other differences from the original font. Also some have some added outline to thicken (like bold) or thin.

This was done in CorelDraw, one of my favorite vector line programs because I’ve been using it since 1991! It is also easier to do some things in the program as compared with Illustrator. Then Illustrator does things CorelDraw doesn’t. I go back and forth in both.

Even if this is true, and I have my doubts, so the fuck what? IP addresses are an element of the anti-abuse developer toolkit. Twitter would have had every reason to believe that account was being used by Chuck, because Chuck had used it.

CCJ mentioned this mass IP banning in his interview with Milo Yiannopoulus, and I’m doubtful of its veracity. It would require his home office have a static IP from his ISP. Most ISPs assign IP addresses dynamically, so the address could change every day, for example. And Twitter would be unlikely to ban a range of IP addresses, because that would block a lot of existing and potential innocent users.

re: #320 wheat-dogghazi-mailgate

CCJ mentioned this mass IP banning in his interview with Milo Yiannopoulus, and I’m doubtful of its veracity. It would require his home office have a static IP from his ISP. Most ISPs assign IP addresses dynamically, so the address could change every day, for example. And Twitter would be unlikely to ban a range of IP addresses, because that would block a lot of existing and potential innocent users.

On the other hand, Chuck’s router could be providing Twitter with some identifying data. I’m not up on hardware anymore, so maybe some more knowledgeable IT person can clue me in.

No, routers don’t supply websites with any identifying information.

It’s possible Twitter is creating user “fingerprints” based not only on IP addresses, but on user agents, Flash cookies and web storage databases. These are called “evercookies” because they’re very hard to delete or avoid.

But I doubt it. I think Chuck’s just lying to get sympathy from his wingnut audience.

What… You say you don’t have that feature in Chrome…..

Yes, you do, it’s an “experimental” feature and you have to activate it.

enter: chrome://flags/ in your browser bar.

Scroll down looking for (or just search for) Enable tab audio muting UI control

Enable it and you’re done. You may have to restart Chrome to get it to take effect.

I don’t think they’re “banning IPs” so much as using them to correlate account activity. Say if the same IP is used within the same time period by multiple accounts in succession those accounts might then become linked in Twitter’s database. Then if one account does something horrible enough to be banned they all come under strict scrutiny. The correlation tool would also look at similarities in activity, retweets, shared passwords, cookies, etc.

347 goddamnedfrank  May 28, 2015 7:55:28pm

Last comment on the Slate article, I have no idea why writers quote anything Auernheimer says like it’s at all credible.

Meanwhile, after one of Twitter’s other famous trolls, Andrew Auernheimer, tweeted in support of Johnson, Auernheimer claimed that Twitter alerted him that his account had been “reported for … encouraging others to target another individual for the purposes of harassment.” He says the network gave him a 48-hour warning to “correct any violating behavior” or risk getting booted for good. But Twitter didn’t specify which tweet had sparked the report, and Auernheimer seems genuinely flummoxed as to how to please the network. Even Twitter users outside of Johnson’s orbit are starting to get spooked. “I am worried about Twitter censoring people … without transparency,” tech entrepreneur Elissa Shevinsky said on Twitter. Twitter’s recent decisions appear to be “based on popularity” and “political values” as much as anything else.

Oh really? The neo nazi professional bullshit artist seems genuinely flummoxed? Oh well then, by all means let’s entertain his idiotic gripe as if it’s even remotely legit.

Yes. Who knows how many times the images have been scaled up and or down and how the resolution was cut, etc.

My examples are based on vector line and a one-time export as a jpeg so they are going to be very tight and clean. And I am using a very high ‘quality’ setting too.

Note that streamflow went from 10,000 cu ft/sec (Nasty) to 70,000 cu ft/sec and still climbing vertically because it maxed out the gauge (You’re dead) in twenty minutes. At 11:30 at night.

Why didn’t they run to higher ground?

Blaming the victims is a Chair Force paradigm. And it’s just as stupid as incest spawn.

That level of water had never been recorded on the Blanco. Ever. Two hundred year old cypress trees were either snapped, uprooted, or denuded of all their bark on the upstream side.

“Awe inspiring” is not normally a term that one would use in describing a flood event in which the rest of the thirteen fatalities have yet to be recovered (the first body was found fourteen miles downstream {!}), but nothing like that event has ever been seen on that watershed.

We end droughts with flash floods. You just don’t want to be there when it happens.

The choices are pretty much all bad for CBS. They didn’t own the Letterman show. Letterman did, and apparently he took the rerun rights with him when he left. The Ed Sullivan Theater is going through a massive renovation all summer to be ready for Colbert’s debut this fall. CBS doesn’t have any other studio or crew available for the massive undertaking that is a late night talk show. (Unless you want to do it on the cheap and have CCJ interviewing people from his laptop.) I suppose they could have put the British guy on at 11:30 and Mentalist at 12:30, but maybe the idea is not to disrupt whatever audience has built up at 12:30?

Flash flood alley, my man. It’s the reality we live with. Every El Nino event puckers assholes all over central Texas. It’s not when, it’s where. It’s going to happen.

This time it happened on the Blanco.

Oh, and that squall line coming in from the west tonight is causing evacuations even as we post. The dirt is saturated and every drop that falls is going to run off as sheet flow. If we are lucky, the squall line will fall apart as it transits the Balcones Uplift and dissipate before it rolls into Austin. But for people on the Blanco, San Marcos, and Guadalupe river basins, that’s like looking into the barrel of a howitzer.

Now It’s my turn to be green, not counting the part about being in Saigon. ;-)

We were well south of Saigon, down in the Mekong Delta. It was remarkable that they visited because our whole base was about the size of six regulation football fields stuck together and we took fire fairly regularly.

The important thing is you’re here on this wacky old earth and telling the tale, my friend.

And your memory makes me like Ed Roth even more.

Yeah, Sulkowitz.

S/b Sulkowicz.

No doubt in my mind he was behind it.

Since he doesn’t appear to have used the misspelling either at his site, or at his deleted twitter account, isn’t it actually circumstantial evidence against his authorship?

re: #401 spiderx

No.

The Columbia rape denialists are straight up conspiracy theorists

What the rape truthers would have you believe is that three women and a number of likely co-conspirators—all college kids, mind you—have colluded not just to create these accusations but to bring them in front of Columbia (successfully, in Anon’s case), stick to the story despite immense amounts of media pressure, and conceal any evidence not just to counter their stories but also that could prove that they knew each other well enough to conspire before the fact.

And that this is more believable than the claim that there’s a creepy guy who likes pushing himself on women and, when caught, lied about it. That requires believing one person is lying, not that multiple people are conspiring in a lie.

I mean, come on. It’s technically possible that this group of Columbia students are a bunch of criminal masterminds that need jobs in either organized crime or covert spying operations for the government, due to their ability to hold the line so well. But it’s really not likely. It becomes even more unlikely when you start exploring the question of why they would do this, because there’s not a single shred of evidence of anyone having a vendetta against Nungesser that would motivate this elaborate conspiracy and cover-up. Whereas the motive for his alleged behavior is simple: He likes bullying women and gets off on it.

So let’s stop pretending that both sides of this story have equally likely stories. It’s embarrassing, as well as sexist as all hell.

403 weltallica  May 29, 2015 12:53:55am

So what’s the problem with calling a liar a liar?

The authorities PROVED that she lied, and the man was CLEARED OF ALL CHARGES. But she gets an ongoing free pass for trying to get an innocent man arrested and convicted of a crime he didn’t commit, because she’s “promoting discussion of a serious issue”?

Protip: If you’ve been raped, don’t send emails to your rapist saying “”I love you Paul. Where are you?!?!?!?!”, and asking for more sex. They WILL be used as evidence. (and they were)

(Or has LGF decided this is NOT about a man being Guilty Despite Innocence, but about retaliation against Chuck Johnson for being a pathetic asshole, and the whole “False Rape Accuser proven to be lying” thing is inconsequential?)

There’s no rape unless a jury says there was. That’s the MRA stance.

408 Nyet  May 29, 2015 4:58:31am

The fact is that it’s neither prudent to call her a liar, nor him a rapist.

Contrary to Amanda Marcotte’s logically fallacious pleading, doubting an eyewitness testimony - or even several - is not a CT given all that we know about memory and unreliability of testimonies, which need not be lies to be unreliable (not to mention that there is a difference between rape and sexual assault, so the grabbing testimony does not fully confirm the anal rape testimony, even if it does raise its plausibility somewhat; and it’s not all or nothing - he can be guilty on some points and innocent on other).

Contrary to the MRA’s logically fallacious pleading, a university not finding someone guilty does not by itself mean the man did not do the deed. One would first need to see the university’s reasoning: was it “not enough evidence”, was it a mere technicality, or was it because there was actual innocence-proving evidence.

Don Garlits and the younger Billy Vukovich II were good enough to copter in from Saigon and then spend a few hours just shooting the shit about cars. It was almost as good as going home. Mooneyes stickers were among those that they copiously handed out. There were speed and chrome stickers on every ammo box.

Buddy of mine had Moon eyes on the back of his jump helmet. Freaked me once to track in from above him: “Why is Mike falling back-to-Earth?”

I was down voted for saying that, “she seems to be lying.” In no way am I defending what Chuck C. Johnson did. But, if you read the Daily Beast article it’s hard to come away with it with the belief that this woman was raped. She is sending him friendly messages on facebook after she claims that he raped her. She is asking to hang out. These are not actions of a woman that has been raped.

What do you base that on?

Since we have the one article telling his side, here’s one that tells her side in response.

re: #413 wrenchwench

from the Daily Beast article:On Aug. 29, two days after the alleged rape, Nungesser messaged Sulkowicz on Facebook to say, “Small shindig in our room tonight—bring cool freshmen.” Her response:

lol yusss

Also I feel like we need to have some real time where we can talk about life and thingz

because we still haven’t really had a paul-emma chill sesh since summmmerrrr

On Sept. 9, on a morning before an ADP meeting, it was Sulkowicz who initiated the Facebook contact, asking Nungesser if he wanted to “hang out a little bit” before or after the meeting and concluding with:

whatever I want to see yoyououoyou

respond—I’ll get the message on ma phone

and
On Oct. 3, Sulkowicz’s birthday, Nungesser sent her an effusive greeting; she responded the next morning with, “I love you Paul. Where are you?!?!?!?!”

re: #415 spiderx

a) I think ww was asking what you’re expecting a woman who has been raped to act like.

b) I’d recommend reading another article or two, like the one linked above where she gives context to the Facebook conversations.

from the Daily Beast article:

I thought you had some way of knowing exactly how a woman who was raped would act. I was not asking you for a recap of everything this article said that you based your conclusion on.

Are you seeking downvotes? That’s the only conclusion I can reach, other than that you just hate women and prefer the Daily Beast.

Women who are raped message their assailants and tell them they love them and want to hang out?

I think she’s lying. This is my opinion. No, I don’t hate women. By the way, when’s the last time you beat your wife?
