What I want to know is how today’s three question, narrowly focused WaPo interview came about, what were the terms, and how exactly it was conducted. There’s zero disclosure from WaPo (the interviewer isn’t even identified).

It reads like a one-question-at-a-time e-mail back and forth. One of Snowden’s earliest interviews was for the NYT Profile of Laura Poitras, which was focused on questions about her, and buried after the article was a brief note that the interview was conducted by e-mail, through Poitras as an intermediary. Was there again an intermediary between WaPo and Snowden? Who even pitched the interview (Greenwald? Snowden? Gellman?)

It’s frustrating that major papers obfuscate such basic background details, especially when so much of the Snowden affair is best understood as a deep collaboration between PR & media savvy activists.

Hilarious to see how the strongest leg in the Dudebro/Snowden/Greenwald stool, the thing which is supposed to convince us that the jewel heist-like act of thievery of NSA documents was a patriotic act that only occurred after Snowden’s appeals to his superiors failed. I was so confident that they’d have this base covered, that I didn’t even try to find out what these supposed conscientious communiques purported to contain.

But it makes sense now, as others have pointed out, that if Snowden was such a genius superspy, why didn’t he keep a record of his attempts to resolve his ethical concerns through the proper channels? Further, if I were Greenwald, if such documents existed, I would lead with the device that covers the arse of my source if only to clear up first and foremost his status as a whistleblower and not expose him for a traitor.

This is why I do not believe that Greenwald directed Snowden to send a perfunctory email detailing any concern, however disappointingly uncritical it turned out to be.

Greenwald was smart to keep this facet of the story an assumed truth and let the overblown content of the documents themselves dictate the direction of the story. Snowden’s realisation of the reality of his current living arrangement is the turd in the punchbowl. Thanks to the Williams interview, the details of Snowden’s deception are being exposed, even if the initial thrust of it was the kind of poor journalism that has dominated the issue to date.

Snowden is a narcissist who bit off more than he could chew.
Greenwald has deliberately deflected attention away from his narrative’s weakpoints.
Now the whole thing is unravelling.

The fault there is the corruption in India that often means the money for government schools is stolen and the teaching jobs are too often no-show or no-work patronage hand-outs. This forces parents to send their children to private schools with no state oversight. Some such schools are run by religious organizations, which provide some oversight, but others are entirely independent and India does not have the system of accreditation that the US employs.

Sappho was a lyrical poet and esthete and little more is known about her than she had a daughter and was mocked by some men who questioned her love and respect for other women and who appreciated the beauty of women. I don’t think we can really make a judgment from fragments of poetry and what little is known of her life 2500 yrs ago. I think you would have had to be there.

I’ve mentioned before, I used to go up to Detroit for both the old Grand Prix races and the CART sanctioned Indycar races out on Belle Isle. I saw last night on a racing forum the track on the Isle had a blowout from a water main break. And they have the race this weekend. Probably gonna cost the city bucks it doesn’t need to spend on the event. But hey…when Roger Penske says jump…people jump.

(And I will refrain from the actual racing politics and why I no longer go to the Indycar events.)

The government has grown because the population has grown, because the needs of this nation have grown as it has expanded, advanced, and discovered the need for certain services to fall under the purview of a central government. The behemoth that they rail against didn’t spring fully grown like Athena from her father’s head, it was built in bits and pieces by generations of Americans who had to deal with the changes this nation went through over the course of 200+ years.

They certainly don’t want a return to the immigration policy of the 1790s, which was that all are welcome and if you pull your weight, you’re welcome to a piece of the pie. And if they said aloud they want to return to a time when Indians lived on everything west of the 13 colonies, black folks were legally classified as property, women had no vote or equality, and even men couldn’t vote if they didn’t own property, they’d be laughed out of any civilized gathering.

IMHO-Shinseki is getting screwed over again. The worlds finest manager/leader/general/President can’t make things happen for which the resources don’t exist.

It’s a microcosm of where our medical system could fail, an example of what happens in any medical benefit/insurance system when funding in woefully inadequate long term. Shuffle the execs all ya want ya can’t fix without more money.

The “scandal” so far consists of allegations, some of them seemingly substantiated by the IG’s interim report, that VA hospitals in Arizona were sending bullshit reports and estimated waiting times back to D.C., as well as keeping a secret list of appointments separate from their official ones that resulted in vets dying without ever receiving care. There’s a strong argument to be made that the 14 day standard waiting period that was set some time back during Shinseki’s watch were unrealistic with the resources the VA has to work with, but that’s getting swept aside in favor of the usual “OFF WITH HIS HEAD!” rhetoric that grips D.C. anytime the scent of a scandal wafts through the halls of Congress.

In a sane world, the President would go before the people and tell them that forcing Shinseki’s resignation would be a massive mistake if the goal is to improve the VA, rather than simply to score political points in the lead-up to midterm elections. That it will take months for a replacement secretary to be nominated, go through committee, and ultimately be voted upon by the Senate. Atop that will be the months that will be necessary for the new secretary to become familiar with how the VA works, to be brought up to speed with the problems in the system, and who can and can’t be trusted to competently do their jobs.

But it’s not a sane world, so he’s likely to give into the angry mob’s demands by either demanding Shinseki’s resignation or quietly sitting to the side until the man can’t take the pressure any longer and resigns just to get away from it.

I think universal health care should be the goal. Why should we have so many different programs doing the same thing for people? The VA, now ACA, Medicare, Medicaid, State programs, etc. The profit motive should be removed for something as essential and necessary as health care.

Think of the waste you could save by combining all of them into one comprehensive program that served everyone and was tailored to individual needs, like children, vets, the elderly, etc. Research wouldn’t have to be driven by profit, neither would health care, medicine, or other related services and products.

I know you can’t make some people care for and about others, but you should can make it much harder for them to profit from the suffering of others.

Shinseki may not want to get dragged through the mud for months and months by assholes like McCain and the rest of the GOP, attacking him for problems they’re more culpable for.

According to sources, the purpose of today’s meeting between him and the President is to see if he feels he’s up to the task. I wouldn’t fault him for not wanting to spend the next two years being drug through the mud, but I have enough faith in the man to believe that he wants to do what’s best for our veterans. And spending the better part of the next two years putting somebody new in charge would be time wasted, time many of our vets don’t have.

I met a youngish vet the other day with major back problems resulting from an accident while active. This person they don’t and would never to to the VA.

I didn’t ask, but was wondering what insurance company paid for all the treatments and surgeries?

Wouldn’t it make more sense for the VA to become just an insurance company regarding medical treatment. Why does the military need it’s own facilities, doctors etc?

I’m not advocating privatization per se, it just seems there is a lot of duplication in the system. Why should a vet have to accept substandard care just because it’s the VA?

Our Vets deserve the best treatment possible and they deserve for us to pay for it.

Nope. A cheese bread loaf purchased from a Wegman’s. It’s fairly squishy, but has cheese in it. (Some also have sliced hot peppers included with the cheese.) I prefer toasting it personally to stiffen it up a little bit when eating it with stew.

The loaf in the other picture is an “old fashioned round” from Metropolitan Bakery in Philadelphia. One reason I have not bothered with messing with a bread machine and such is that a 4-5 block walk can get me a loaf or baguette from a professional bakery.

Maybe he knows that a confirmation hearing on a new VA head would expose the fact that Congress hasn’t been funding the VA as it should, and that the pressure to do more with less has resulted in less.

That and the fact that replacing Shinseki, which would be a show of accountability is just that - show. Fixing the problem requires money - money that the GOP is unwilling to spend in their almighty quest to chop government spending without touching defense spending (VA is a separate line). Spend on tanks, but ignore the men who operate them especially after they’ve separated from service.

That does sound like your best option. Most grocery stores (in my opinion) have fairly lousy in-store bakery bread. Wegman’s is fortunately one of the exceptions. Luckily the last two places I have lived had a decent local option for a good loaf of Italian bread.

As an aside, I use my stand mixer instead of a bread machine. But here’s the deal about making bread: even with a good, tested recipe, you’re going to have to tweak it. And sometimes apparently minor tweaks have phenomenal effects.

What recipe do you use that comes the closest, and what do you mean by “toothy”? coarser crumb? More developed gluten?

Basically you need flour, water, a bit of salt, and yeast. Subbing in some milk for the water gives a softer ‘crumb’ (good for sandwiches-not for a nice chewy baguette.)
Different flours and additives (herbs, cheese, etc.) give different flavors, but may make the bread rise less well just because the more stuff in there that isn’t gluten-y and forming pockets for air, the less rise to the loaf.

My GF’s uncle was talking the other day about how he follows a Maltese and probably Mediterranean tradition of retaining a small amount of the dough used on the previous day’s loaf and setting the equivalent portion aside every day and kneading it into the next day’s dough. This portion he called the ‘mother dough’, I think and it allowed the idea that potentially one was consuming bread made from the flour ground decades ago as well as introducing a hint of maturity into the end product.

Could even be a generational metaphor of some kind.

Interesting, if nothing else.

As an aside, I use my stand mixer instead of a bread machine. But here’s the deal about making bread: even with a good, tested recipe, you’re going to have to tweak it. And sometimes apparently minor tweaks have phenomenal effects.

What recipe do you use that comes the closest, and what do you mean by “toothy”? coarser crumb? More developed gluten?

I don’t have the patience to drag out my Kitchen Aid stand mixer and go through a long process, especially since it’s just for me.

I like it with more developed gluten, not too dense, but when you bite into it there’s some resistance. Like this no-knead bread. The no-knead stuff is much less time consuming for me, but I wanted to go simpler still, thus the bread machine.

That’s very much like the technique I use, but I make up a larger batch (30 oz of flour), so I can make a loaf whenever I want. The baking it in a dutch oven is a great trick, I’ve started doing that, it makes for a moist environment for the start, then it dries out with the lid off.

I use a tall cylindrical beverage pitcher to store it in the fridge. When I use up whats there, any little tag ends and left overs get added to the next batch. The longer you can let it mature (up to about 2 weeks) the more flavor it develops, but the longer you let it sit in the fridge, it needs a bit more time to rise before it goes in the oven.

It’s not always perfect, but it does have a good taste, and usually a great crust.

OK, does your machine have a ‘delay’ setting? In other words, can you pour the ingredients into the pan, give them a quick stir, and just have them sit in there for a while?

If so take your basic recipe and try setting a delay of an hour or two before everything starts. An alternative (though a smidge more effort) would be to put the pan with ingredients in the refrigerator overnight.

What I’m doing here is increasing the gluten development through a bit of autolysis. ummmm, here, read this for a better explanation and explanation of why no-knead breads work. But you’re not going totally no-knead so there’s no need for full self-development. Just, increasing what you’ve got by a bit.

Just as a referential addendmum: Personal experience with bread machines, and why I didn’t replace mine when it broke a decade ago, was that I didn’t think the machines developed the dough with enough kneading. It’s HARD to overknead bread even with a stand mixer.

One thing I have to warn you about, once you get a recipe and a technique that works for you, in 6 months (or less), you’re going to be posting and whining about how your clothes don’t fit… why am I gaining this weight…. (Trust me…)

Minor divergence on the whole bread thing - these days I make oat bread. More accurately a minor modification of Alton Brown’s ‘leftover oatmeal’ bread. I don’t bother with the eggwash and coat, I use molasses instead of agave, I use steel cut for the dry add, and most of the time I add about 1/3 cup of dried fruit (cranberries by preference). Experience has shown that in my area the rising times are different as well.

It makes a somewhat denser loaf than the standard flour loaf, but I like it so it’s what I make - a loaf every two or three days.

Because I am a dork, it became VERY IMPORTANT that I register to answer. I’m not a real programmer, so I may get it wrong, but the internet is like that. Hi everyone!

So… the first guy is asking if a thing (function, probably) is named arrayReverse.

arrayReverse is using a naming convention called camelcase. This is where the first letter is lowercase, and everything else is lowercase except the first letters of subsequent words in the name, e.g. helloIAmAVariableName . (See the camel humps?)

The second guy responds with a regular expression. This is where you search some text to try to find phraseX, and if you use the “s” or “substitute” flag you replace it with phraseY, like so: s/phraseX/phraseY/ .

Finally, there’s another naming convention where you delineate words by separating them with underscores, e.g. hello_i_am_a_variable_name .

So he’s saying, “Right general idea, but replace the camelcase convention with the underscore convention,” instead of being a normal human being and saying, “No, it’s not arrayReverse, it’s array_reverse.” And the point is to strive to be a normal person, I think. :)

Funny you mention him. I’m going on a tour in Limerick this summer that includes many of the sites from the book. But, yes, I remember reading about his early childhood in Brooklyn. It was far from an uncommon existence. Really the people who look on the past the most are more often the people without any tangible links to that past.

I’m not advocating privatization per se, it just seems there is a lot of duplication in the system. Why should a vet have to accept substandard care just because it’s the VA?

Our Vets deserve the best treatment possible and they deserve for us to pay for it.

A lot of vets’ medical issues are specifically vets’ issues. There’s a benefit to specialization. Who better than the VA to create surgical/rehab/research units dedicated to prosthetics or TBI? Where else but the military are these common problems?

Problems related to Agent Orange exposure. Or depleted uranium ammo. Or the immunizations given to those deployed in specific parts of the world. The statistical evidence only comes clear, and ideas for treatment, when vets’ medical issues are separated out from all-Americans’ medical issues.

Pro tip for diabetics and bread. Check out the glycemic index. Whole wheat pita bread is lower than whole wheat regular bread. Why? Because the longer cooking time for regular bread raising it’s glycemic rating. So you can safely make Pita, naan, flatbreads. You can mix dough and store it in the fridge. SS, welfare and many forms of government assistance are easy to cut when you can paint them as being mere ‘costs’, but if you can actually get people to understand that they are trusts that allow potential, however small, you might actually get people opposed to ‘entitlement’ to see the worth in such a system.

CA is also a border state, but if you look at Taxation vs spending, CA brings in more with a .8% net gain, while AZ costs the Federal governments at -8.1%.

Arizona takes in roughly 20 billion more in federal funds than it sends back to the feds in taxes and fees. It is a net recipient of federal funds.

But for those federal outlays, Arizona wouldn’t be the destination it is now - and that includes all the snowbirds who retire there. Without those funds, Arizona would be virtually uninhabited.

BTW, NY sends 40 billion more than it gets back. NY would like to get that money back. We’ve got some unfinished business - namely rebuilding and expanding our infrastructure, which has been on hold because we keep paying for stuff in places like AZ where self-styled libertarians have no problem reaping benefits of other people’s money but complain once they’re called out for the blatant hypocrisy.

I have a Fender tele (Mexico made) ‘52 repro. I love the maple fretboard. I’ve had rosewood fretboards before, and an ebony fretboard bass, but I always come back to the maple. Maybe it’s just the Tele neck vs. the Strat neck. I can’t say I notice a tonal difference.

So, the question: Maple or Rosewood? Preferences? Differences?

Edit: I notice frequent discussions of various gun brands and even WW2 airplanes and cars, but the guns and planes are like Greek to me. Figured there would be some guitar nuts around.

My favorite Indian meal is chapatis and daal, simple street food so you can’t usually find it in Western restaurants. Very diabetic friendly, simple to make and very cheap.

Toronto, Halifax, and Montreal being the largest examples. Amalgamate the white flight suburbs into Detroit.

That, or find a way to put a special Punishment Tax on the Suburbs to reconstruct Detroit, with special effort being made to get those still living in the city decent jobs.

Edit: I notice frequent discussions of various gun brands and even WW2 airplanes and cars, but the guns and planes are like Greek to me. Figured there would be some guitar nuts around.

I’m no expert Rev…but necks have different widths, thicknesses and radii. Strats tend to be a bit narrower than a Tele but sometimes a bit thicker in cross section. So, I’ve always been told to go for what feels best in your hand. As far as all maple versus rosewood or ebony upper that seems to have some tonal differences. All maple is more bright and tighter sounds, the rosewood is supposed to give more lower tones and mellower highs. I think the use of ebony is for the same reason as rosewood, but it is longer lasting and less prone to wear.

Guitars are amazing pieces of both art and physics. No two ever sound the same even if using the same materials. A maple neck on an alder or ash body is what fender was always about. Gibson tended to be more about using various woods for different characteristics. And weight of the whole thing comes into play too. A Tele is a lightweight compared to a classic Les Paul. But then a Tele doesn’t have the sustain of a Les Paul.

And then there is all the other thinking in all the other makes. They all have their place.

The one guy I still play mostly with the most has well over 100+ guitars. Some as inexpensive as a Danelectro plywood to his Gretsch. They all have their place in the world.

Thanks for the observations. I just was searching google, and apparently, Les Paul made some maple necks a while back. Consensus seems to be the maple is brighter, which may explain that bright Tele tone. I just like the feel, like I said. Maybe it’s the finish vs. unfinish of the rosewood, although I loved the ebony on my Gibson T-Bird bass. Not sure I’d have the same response on a guitar, though.

I really think the LP sustain comes from the body, though.

And agreed, they are beautiful works of art. One day, I’d like a Paul Reed Smith and I have a few acoustic luthiers’ guitars I’d like to own too.

A friend of mine who is an avid guitarist got on me for having 5 bicycles. I tried to explain that they were all different, good for different purposes, each was unique when I rode them… He kept saying ‘yea, but they are just bikes’. I asked him “And how many guitars do you have now?”. He got exactly what I meant.

I’m no musician, but I do woodwork, I love rosewood, and think that rosewood coupled with curly (or quilted) maple is one of the most beautiful combinations there is.

OT, but for those Lizards interested in history, here’s one of the most unique documentary films ever made.

General Idi Amin Dada: A Self Portrait by Barbet Schroeder.

Director Barbet Schroeder has characterized the film as a “self-portrait” by Amin. While Schroeder and cameraman Nestor Almendros were given unprecedented access to Amin’s daily life, the documentary makes it plain that many of the events (including the residents of a garrison town turning out en masse to greet Amin) were staged for their benefit. In several sequences, Amin actively directs the cameraman to particular points of interest, at one point shouting to “film that helicopter!”

However, Amin’s influence as a “director” went beyond the actual filming of Idi Amin Dada. As per his agreement with Amin, Barbet Schroeder made two versions of his documentary: the first, an hour-long cut, was released in Uganda and delivered directly to Amin, who was apparently pleased with the result. The second version was released only outside Uganda and contained an additional half-hour of footage and narration.

According to Schroeder, Amin dispatched his agents in Britain to watch the film and write down a full transcript of its contents. Amin soon sent a letter to Schroeder requesting additional cuts to the film, but Schroeder refused. In response, Amin rounded up almost 200 French citizens living in Uganda and confined them to a hotel surrounded by the Ugandan army, supplying them with Schroeder’s home telephone number and explaining that their release was conditional on Schroeder’s acquiescence. In the face of this dilemma, Schroeder made the requested cuts, replacing the 21/2 minutes of excised footage with title cards crediting the gaps to Amin. On Amin’s fall from power, Schroeder restored the missing material, and most versions seen today contain the full footage.

Be forewarned; there are some scenes of violence in the film. Nonetheless, it’s quite fascinating. I was a child when Idi Amin was in power, and for those Lizards who remember his erratic reign, this film will serve as something of an insider’s view; for those Lizards born after his regime, it will be a unique glimpse of one the Twentieth Century’s most bizarre dictators.

For live, I’ve been using an Atomic Reactor (that one’s an 18 watt amp, while I’ve got the 50 watt version) with a first-generation Vox Tonelab modeler. I prefer the Vox for live because it’s got an actual 12AX7 preamp tube in it, and it get a lot closer to a ‘real’ tube amp tone. (The Reactor is a tube amp, with no internal volume or tone controls, which makes the amp ‘transparent’ and all the tone control is done through the modeler.)

I love that Tele sound! Also love the jangle of the Rickenbackers, but those are pricey!

I love my Teles. Truly a Swiss Army Knife of guitars - way more versatile than a lot of guitars with all the bells and whistles!

I love wood. But right now, I am in a titanic battle with the quarter-sawn white oak trim in the 1906 house I am rehabbing. The entire main lower and upper hallway and main staircase is all quarter-sawn white oak, and it gives the house a hell of a lot of character. But it was abused when the place was an inner city slum-landlord rooming house/apartment.

It is gorgeous with all tiger stripes and crazy patterns, but it is a real bitch to strip it. I think it was originally covered with shellac and then probably hit with a few coats of older spar varnishes. Getting all that old dark varnish out of the grain in taking me forever. I use mild strippers (3M Safest stripper…when I can get it) and they are doing a good job of getting the upper coats off, but then toi get down into those little deep “hair-like” grain flecks is proving to be very time consuming. I am going through brass wire brushes left and right, and with the safer strippers, there is a bit of fuzziness left that needs to be sanded.

But I’ll do what I have to do, because I can well imagine how it will all look when finished. I figure this is going to take me all summer and into fall.

And then it will be going through the same process with the formal living room and the mahogany trim in it.

It’s always nice to have a humbucking guitar around. While you can get close to the sound with a Fender and a modeler, it’s never 100%. And of course, single-coil pickups can get pretty noisy through a high-gain amp (or if the electrical wiring in a venue is old or badly done). Humbuckers stay relatively quiet through it all.

Another alternative to Fender single-coils is a P-90-equipped guitar. After all, they built humbuckers to emulate the sound of P-90s!

I’m in the midst of building a Jazz Bass replica for a friend’s upcoming 50th birthday. That’s the beauty of Leo Fender’s work - due to the use of a bolt-on neck, anyone can build a pretty good working copy of a Fender guitar.

Back to P-90s: think Leslie West on ‘Mississippi Queen.’ That’s a single P-90 in all its roaring glory, on a Les Paul Junior.

Hey! I use a Vox Valvetronic 2 x 12 modeling amp with the same preamp stage. I love it. The other guitarist has the real Vox AC30 with the Blue Alnico Speakers. We also have a Hartke bass amp fed into a small Carvin 15” cabinet. It’s nice because it has an XLR connector right on the front fro direct to the mixer.

I have two Tradition Tele-like guitars. I got them through a guitar wizard here in Columbus. He sold them to me many years back. They are made in Korea, but have necks from America attached. The Korean bodies are made of ash that is still very much available over there I am told.

I had him add a Seymour Duncan classic double stack pickup in the bridge position, a new Tele-like brass bar bridge and a single thickness black pickguard on the natural finish with a maple neck. It has that classic original Tele look.

Overall, I am the drummer and I have a fairly new Yamaha set about 5-years old. But, in the last many years I’ve gotten a bit better on guitar too. I write most of the songs we put together.

I’m in the midst of building a Jazz Bass replica for a friend’s upcoming 50th birthday. That’s the beauty of Leo Fender’s work - due to the use of a bolt-on neck, anyone can build a pretty good working copy of a Fender guitar.

Back to P-90s: think Leslie West on ‘Mississippi Queen.’ That’s a single P-90 in all its roaring glory, on a Les Paul Junior.

That Jazz replica sounds awesome. I never got the appeal of the P-Bass, as the tone was so limited, but taste.

I should curse you for mentioning the p-90 now, as it’s something to lighten my wallet lol

Hey! I use a Vox Valvetronic 2 x 12 modeling amp with the same preamp stage. I love it. The other guitarist has the real Vox AC30 with the Blue Alnico Speakers.

A friend has got a Valvetronic - always sounds pretty good. I’ve got a line on a second 1G Tonelab that I’ll probably pick up next week. Nice to have a spare in case the first one goes toes-up. :)

I have two Tradition Tele-like guitars. I got them through a guitar wizard here in Columbus. He sold them to me many years back. They are made in Korea, but have necks from America attached. The Korean bodies are made of ash that is still very much available over there I am told.

I’ve got four Teles, and only one of them is a full factory stock Fender. I’ve got one with a Lollar rail in it (for heavier stuff) and one with a Hipshot B-G bender (both ‘Esquire’ style with one pickup), and a double-bound black body which is my favorite. All three of them are assembled from bodies and necks that I’ve picked up here and there, Like I said, if you can work a screwdriver and soldering iron, you can build a pretty good guitar without a lot of effort.

I do not think food or medicine should ever be taxed.

They removed the sales tax from food a few years ago in NM. The state made up some of the revenue to cities and counties that they lost, but only for a few years. Now that’s expiring and police and library staff and street maintenance are being cut. They got addicted to that money and are having a difficult withdrawal.

My most recent build was a Jazzmaster copy - yet another Fender that’s got a really unique sound. My bass player friend saw it and told me he wanted me to build a bass to match - so I’m building it on the sly to give to him for his birthday. Here’s what the Jazzy looks like:

I can’t chime on the guitar-y aspects, but in harp-land maple is often described as having a brighter tone, while cherry is favored for being a little more mellow and walnut is warm.

I got the JM body as part of a trade for a ‘66 Tele bridge pickup (along with all the parts to build a Strat!) and I thought it was going to be a dog. Turns out to be one of my favorite guitars.

It looks like such a unique beast. Bet that was fun. Would love to hear how that sounds. I’ve never played a jazz master before. Recently discovered a Starcaster remake, but they don’t make a real case for it (wtf?), so I’m skeptical.
