Got a Big Hamas Fish

An airstrike in Gaza has taken out the interior minister of Hamas, who oversaw the training of Hamas’ paramilitary terrorist gangs.

The Associated Press calls these gangs “security agents,” which I suppose they are, if you don’t consider the security of Israelis important.

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip (AP) — Hamas officials are confirming that an Israeli airstrike killed the Hamas interior minister, who oversaw thousands of security agents in the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli army confirmed the airstrike.

Hamas television says Interior Minister Said Siam was killed in a strike that flattened a home in Gaza City. A top aide, Siam’s brother and his brother’s family were also killed. Siam is considered to be among Hamas’ top five leaders in Gaza.

What kind of person keeps his family around him, even when he knows he’s likely to be a high value target for the Israeli Air Force?

Alive without breath
As cold as death
Never thirsting, ever drinking
Clad in mail, never clinking.
Drowns on dry land
Thinks an island
Is a mountain,
Thinks a fountain
Is a puff of air
So sleek, so fair!
What a joy to meet!
We only wish
To catch a fish,
So juicy-sweet!

It was indeed a 'Big Fish'!

This is from ynet:

'Hamas' military wing has threatened to avenge the death of the organization's interior minister, Said Siam, who was killed by the Air Force. "His blood was not spilled in vain. The response will be expressed in actions, not words," a Hamas statement warned. (AFP)'

We haven't had similar statements when the other hamsthugs were killed.

In the emantime, the IDF is working inside Gaza City ...

21 lawhawk  Thu, Jan 15, 2009 11:26:33am

Photo of his home after Israel got through with it.

If Israel wanted to level all of Gaza, they could do this to everywhere in Gaza with impunity. They choose not to. They haven't and they wont. They attack only those terrorists responsible for the carnage and misery. Israel still uses only a fraction of the military capabilities at its disposal and yet the media and the anti-Semites and anti-Israel crowd wants to further restrain and constrain Israel's right to defend itself.

Israel apologizes when civilians are injured or are killed because Hamas puts them forward as human shields. Hamas targets civilians on purpose. Hamas operates with the intention to maximize civilian casualties and has coopted the UN authorities in Gaza.

One has to be morally bankrupt to equate the two, and yet that's what much of the media and the anti-Israel crowd do.

Or, he was a coward hiding behind his family, hoping Israel would exercise some sense of civilized behavior knowing that.....without personally having that same civilized outlook towards Israel himself, of course.

To turn the tables, if he knew there was a Israeli General in a house surrounded by his family, he would have considered it a wonderful target no doubt.

Hamas hasn't "agreed" to anything. They told the Egyptian negotiator what they want. The Israelis want something completely different.

Haniyeh is the one who ahs been calling for an end to this for the last few days - he is somewhere in the South. I'm sure the IDF are tracking him down, if they haven't done so already.

Thats what they use their Special Forces for - the IDF said yesterday that the Naval lot ahs gone in ..h.

That's not exactly how it's done. Concrete-filled bombs have been used for bombing practice for decades. Someone finally figured out that you can take a practice bomb and stick a guidance kit on it, giving you a less-lethal smart bomb.

We've been using them in Iraq for quite some time now. You can take out a house with one, without doing serious damage to the house across the street.

I'm sure it still messes up the neighborhood, though. I wouldn't want to be their neighbor.

About that UN building Israel hit:

U.N. headquarters hit

Israeli troops shelled the U.N. headquarters in Gaza after coming under fire from Palestinian militants, a senior Israeli military officer said on Thursday.

The artillery attack set the compound on fire, destroyed tons of food and humanitarian supplies, reportedly injured three people and forced hundreds of refugees to flee.

Israel says it does not target U.N. buildings or personnel. But the Israeli officer said troops opened fire after militants inside the compound shot anti-tank weapons and machine guns. He said the troops used 155 mm artillery shells. Throughout its 20-day offensive in Gaza, Israel has accused Hamas militants of hiding in civilian areas to stage attacks.

The officer spoke on condition of anonymity pending a formal announcement expected later Thursday.

U.N. secretary-general Ban Ki-moon, who is in the region to press Israel, and Gulf leaders gathered to discuss the conflict, expressed "outrage" over the bombing.

Where was the outrage over Hamas using UN facilities to target Israel? Where was the UN to block Hamas terrorists from infiltrating the UNRWA? Outrage?

You want outrage?

I'll give you outrage:
Hamas has been assisted time and time again by UNRWA and UN largesse and condoning of Hamas activities. Hamas openly indoctrinates terrorists in UNRWA facilities, using schools to fire rockets at Israel and you have the temerity to feign outrage because Israel hit one of your precious buildings? Seriously? That any aid is getting to Gaza is the result of Israel doing more humanitarian relief than the Gazans care to do for themselves. The UN has done nothing to end the years of terrorist attacks and war crimes by Palestinians against Israel. That's right - war crimes. Purposefully attacking Israeli civilians is a war crime. Do you think we'd forget or not notice the thousands of kassams fired - each with an intent to murder and maim Israelis?

Where was your outrage then?

The UN has outlived its usefulness in Gaza, and it is part of the problem there, not the solution. By playing moral equivalents, the UN aids and abets a terrorist group while undermining the sovereign rights of a member nation. No other nation would ever tolerate such an affront, and yet it's expected when Israel is involved.

You want to see the situation in Gaza improve? Kick the UN out altogether. UNRWA, UNDP, the whole bunch.

Yikes! They wanted him bad. I'm pretty sure this was caused by an M-118 3000 lb. high-capacity bomb, a "Blockbuster," almost certainly a guided version (of which several exist).

None of their allegations about numbers are credible.

First the Israelis were alleged to have killed 1000 Palestinians, half of whom were "civilians" (not sure how one would know a civilian from Hamas).

Then Hamas says it's killed more Israelis than it has lost fighters.

We know that Israel has not lost more than 1000 troops, so Hamas is not even internally consistent with their propaganda.

That may be the plan. There's more than a few hundred hamas shells behind this. The Israelis need a position of power to keep open the doors with the US once the bambi gets in.

Big surprise, huh?

Doesn't matter. They'll whip up the outrage with every child killed. Israeli children evidently don't count.

It's often been pointed out here that 25 year old pali men are listed as children killed, while 11 and 12 year old Israeli children are listed as people killed.

292 lawhawk  Thu, Jan 15, 2009 12:08:28pm

Gee, how could this go wrong.

Human rights advocates are urging the incoming Obama administration to allow some detainees from the prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to resettle as U.S. residents as part of any plan to close the controversial facility.

Taking such a step would go beyond plans outlined so far to close the prison and transfer detainees to other countries or to military prisons on the U.S. mainland. But allowing a small number -- perhaps only two or three -- to live freely in the U.S. could help persuade other countries to accept some of them as well.

"If we want European and other countries to feel comfortable taking at least some of the prisoners off American hands, the U.S. will have to show it is OK by taking some itself," said Tom Malinowski, the Washington advocacy director of Human Rights Watch.

President-elect Barack Obama's transition team is considering the option, but a Democratic official said there has been no conclusion that the resettlement option is necessary to Obama's plans.

I say that if they're going to do this, this moron gets to host the first terrorist released.

It bothers me a bit to rejoice at the death of anyone or anything, though I certainly understand the need for it.

But Israel has no alternative, even if capture were a possibility. I have not seen much mention of it recently, but it is important to keep in mind what becomes of high value targets who are captured by Israel. They become bargaining chips and inspirations for more jihad, they result in more blackmail and kidnapping, and they make inflammatory pronouncements from their prison cells, which Israel permits. Hamas knows this full well, and no doubt surround themselves with family members as human shields for exactly that reason.

This guy murdered his brother and his brother's family, and I hope that the Israelis make a big point of stating that--not just sending letters to warn people to evacuate, but pointedly saying publicly and up front that Hamas members who surround themselves with family are responsible for what happens to their family members.

Perhaps you'll get an idea after reading this:

When Hamas leader Nizar Rayyan was assassinated in an IAF strike last week, his four wives and 11 of his children died with him. According to his surviving children, the death of the Rayyan family children was not an accident: Rayyan had trained his wives and children to die with him as "martyrs."

Surviving family members spoke to local Arab media and said that in the days before his death, Rayyan had repeatedly asked his children, "Who wants to die with me as a martyr?" The children would respond, "Yes, daddy, we all want to be with you alive or dead."

Microcosm of the costs of Gorebul Warming hysteria.

Truckers may have to replace rigs to meet Port of Seattle standards

The Port of Seattle is trying to reduce pollution from old diesel trucks that move goods in and out, but not everyone likes the idea.

Since the Port says it is unable to force trucking companies to replace rigs built before 1994, the burden will likely fall on truck drivers. Drivers say the economy has already cut their paychecks. "When business is not great, my truck is standing still," said one driver at Wednesday night's meeting.

The truckers act as contractors, paying their own insurance, gas, and maintenance, but the company gets a cut of their salary. Since they aren't truly independent they feel the companies should foot the bill. "When business is not great I have two things to do. I have to stay home or I have to wait for them to call me to get the job," said a truck driver.

Replacing all the trucks will raise cost a minuet amount for everyone who buys stuff that comes through the Port. However it's a early harbinger of what's to come. The light bulb mandate is already on the books. Wait till the home heating mandates come, the replace all cars before made before X date mandate comes along. We all be paying directly. When the Obama approved Cap and Trade goes into effect, coal is bankrupt, and energy cost go through the roof we'll be paying even more.

Paying for something which we have little control over, cyclical climate change.

History will show that George W Bush was right

...the cold light of history will absolve Bush of the worst conspiracy-theory accusation: that he knew there were no WMDs in Iraq. History will show that, in common with the rest of his administration, the British Government, Saddam's own generals, the French, Chinese, Israeli and Russian intelligence agencies, and of course SIS and the CIA, everyone assumed that a murderous dictator does not voluntarily destroy the WMD arsenal he has used against his own people. And if he does, he does not then expel the UN weapons inspectorate looking for proof of it, as he did in 1998 and again in 2001.

Mr Bush assumed that the Coalition forces would find mass graves, torture chambers, evidence for the gross abuse of the UN's food-for-oil programme, but also WMDs. He was right about each but the last...

Setting the record straight.

Hi folks, this is Bily Mays with the amazing "Pave way" guidance system, Do you have abunch of dumb ordance laying around? You know that stuff you just can't use in the fight when in tight corners or narrow streets where the armor won't go? Then try the pinpoint percision of the New Paveway! Dumb bombs to smart...JUST LIKE THAT! Watch as we take these two 500 pounders, and fit one with paveway and fill it with concrete, and the other is left as is. Watch the building flatten with no apparent harm from the F-16 cmera and the other copletely take out a whole block. If you have problems with your standing in the world opinion and want to be viewed as humanitarian when going after hammasholes, then just buy these new paveway's and begin to show everyone (who will report fairly) that you are being a responsible hammashole snuffer....
Order now and get this handy funnel, good for backfiling these bombs with concrete, order two and we will send you a funnel for every size bomb in the janes's weekly ordinance catalog....CALL NOW!

Honor Killing in Texas

Amina Said, 18, and her sister Sarah, 17, smile happily in one widely circulating photo, and Amina is wearing what looks like a sweatshirt bearing the name “AMERICAN.” But their fate may have been the herald of a new, disquieting feature of the American landscape: honor killing. Amina and Sarah were shot dead in Irving, Texas, on New Year’s Day. Police are searching for their father, Yaser Abdel Said, on a warrant for capital murder.

Let's hope that IAF continues to take out the bastards who are the heads of the hydra known as Hamas. If the man insists on keeping his family around him as a meat shield, then it is not Israel's fault that they go to the afterlife with him.

Hamas decided that they wanted to start the dance and Israel is determined to end the dance on their terms. In this instance the sane rationalist is going to side with Israel on this one.

For those uberleftists that are screaming about disproportionate response from Israel, you all need to learn what the meaning of war actually is. When the people of your nation are constantly being threatened by rockets fired into your lands by terorrists, it is only appropriate to do everything in your power to put an end to the threat. The fact that Israel is using precision bombing and working to minimize civilian casualties, despite Hamas's attempts to maximize civilian casualties, speaks volumes about the humanity and morality of Israel.

Hamas does not use civilians as "human shields", that would imply that they thought having civilians around would protect them from attack. What they are doing is using civilians as cannon fodder for the sake of propaganda.

There was a good explosion close by before it went off - and we know that the IDF is in the middle of Gaza City.
Achmed is probably too scared to go to the roof and fix it.

Infinity minus one equals the highest number possible before infinity which isn't a number. I'm confused.

Since infinity isn't really a number but a concept of a endless unbounded set. It's treated like a number somewhat incorrectly, but removing something for an unbounded set doesn't diminish the set.

What kind of monster uses his family as human shields?

Perhaps we should ask: What Hamas member doesn't?

re: #148 lawhawk

You want to see the situation in Gaza improve? Kick the UN out altogether. UNRWA, UNDP, the whole bunch.

[deleted]

Yesterday the WaPo ran an article Israel, Aid Groups Have Long Feuded

Naturally the article has the tone of "Israel said, these humanitarian organizations said." And of course given that the the UN based ones are working with Hamas, it doesn't give the full picture. It doesn't even mention that the school Israel hit last week had members of Hamas firing nearby or had arms stored inside. It mentions that Richard Falk harshly crticized Israel but not that he's a 9/11 Troofer.

Taken from the article:

Many Israeli officials, however, have long nurtured suspicions that U.N. agencies and other aid groups, which are supposed to be politically neutral, favor the Palestinian cause.

They say the organizations are quick to accuse Israel of mistreating Gazans but slow to criticize Hamas for targeting Israeli civilians. They also argue that Hamas draws little scrutiny for tactics that place noncombatant Palestinians in harm's way.

And the article really adds nothing concrete to Israeli charges, though there is plenty of fodder if the "reporter" chose to look for it.

There are 2 really good article on the damage the UNRWA does, David Kopel and The Gloria Center. Also Natan Sharansky recently wrote an article on the topic that the WaPo referred to.

You're right. Unfortunately our credulous media sees the name "UN" and answers "Holy, Holy, Holy" instead of questioning this incredibly corrupt institution.

I hope you are right. I timidly check the headlines waiting to read, "Israel agrees to Ceasefire / Truce / Peace Plan"...etc.

But keep it up IDF. For the love of Pete. Keep it up.

All these news about Israel accepting the cease fie proposals are, i think, preemptive news. People like Mobarak or Ban-Ki Moon are desperately trying to force Israel's hands with these statements.

Its not going to happen - Livni bringing the fate of Shalit right out in a press conference tells me that she at least knows that the people of Israel will not forgive any politician who is now seen to cave in - and the elections are next month.

1) it gets even better:

According to Debka..." Israel air strike kills top Hamas leader, interior minister Siad Sayam

January 15, 2009, 8:29 PM (GMT+02:00)

Palestinians sources confirm that Siad Sayam died in an Israeli aerial strike over Gaza, Thursday, January 15, as the third week of Israel's offensive ended.

----> Killed with him were his brother, Salah Abu Sarah, head of the organization's security service and Mahmoud Watfa, commander of Hamas military wing. In Damascus, Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal declared there would be no concessions for a ceasefire.

The Shin Bet security service discovered the top Hamas leaders' whereabouts in Gaza with exceptional speed since the hideout demolished in the Israeli air attack had been rented by Sayam's brother only two weeks ago when the war was already being fought. The precise targeting indicates that Israeli intelligence has penetrated the top Hamas echelon.

The dead leader planned and executed the June 2007 coup plot which ousted the Palestinian Authority and its chairman Mahmoud Abbas from the Gaza Strip.

DEBKAfile's sources report that Israel is racing against time to prevail over Hamas before an enforced ceasefire cuts the campaign short before its goals are achieved.

2) in reference to Loudmouth McKinney. can we get her booked on 'The View' so we can determine who is fuglier, her or Whoopi.

re: #477 HoosierHoops

Hi Walter..hope today finds you well...what's up dude?

I have added something to my philosophy of life. In the past, I always said you could tell a lot about a "mate" by going on vacation for a couple of weeks.

Well, two years ago I took a girlfriend to France with the last of the "good" money I had made as a programmer. Bi the time we got back, well, that was all over.

And now I add getting to know someone when they have had a catastrophic accident, as my "girlfriend" has.

I have found her to be the most nasty, vain, entitled person I have met in a long time. She has no health insurance, yet she treats the hospital staff as if they owe her the world.

In my effort to help out, I have had to pick up on some of her personal finance and business problems. I am finding out all sorts of stuff that I didn't know. The utility company was ready to turn off her power yesterday because she has not paid her bill in 6 months, and she applied for assistance a few months ago. But I found out she lied to the assistance program 8 ways to Sunday.

She has called the person at the energy assistances program a "fucker," and talks nice to her physical therapist yet curses at him behind her back.

I find she has passed bad checks all over town. She told me she lost her ID and other things in her purse, yet I found out she had her girlfriend take all the papers and stuff out of the hospital so they wouldn't find out that she is gainfully employed in a retail store. She has told the energy assistance program and the hospital that she is unemployed.

And this just goes on and on. The stuff I have found out in the last 6 days could fill a file.

This hospital stay has uncovered a "moral compass" which is far from what I can will deal with. This is not the way I view the world. I am financially in the dumps right now, but I don't think for a minute about cheating someone or some agency just so I can have what I want.

And you may think I am being very judgmental, but I'm sorry. Maybe I'm to much of an idealist when it comes to morals and karma, but this is not the sort of person I want to be close to.

Sorry to dump on you and the other Lizards, but I just got back from the hospital and every day the "shit" gets deeper and deeper.

I know this may come across as callous, but I take NO pleasure in any loss of life; in a war, you must win by killing those fighting against you. You must break their will to fight. By not conceding to these jihadi jerkoffs their normal "protected" hiding and attacking places, perhaps Israel will come out of this with some peace and quiet for at least a little while. God speed IDF.

re: #93 razorbacker

Over at Strategy Page there is mention of the US removing the explosives from 500 and 1000 pound bombs and replacing the 'boom powder' with concrete.

It'd cut down on collateral damage, but I'd guess that having a half ton rock fall on you from 30,000 feet would still mess up the rest of your day.

Its called a "kinetic" bomb, and believe me a half-ton bomb falling from a distance of two miles up has a lot of kinetic energy. . .enough to flatten a building, which has the secondary effect of killing everyone inside.

The US used them in Iraq. In fact, I believe that Jordanian scumbag Al Zarqawi of "Al Queda in Iraq" fame was killed in Iraq by one.

It's often been pointed out here that 25 year old pali men are listed as children killed, while 11 and 12 year old Israeli children are listed as people killed.

They disgust me.

11 and 12 year old Israeli children = 11 or 12 dead Zionist pigs

re: #533 Walter L. Newton

Sorry to dump on you and the other Lizards, but I just got back from the hospital and every day the "shit" gets deeper and deeper.

sounds harsh, but at least you found out this information about her now as opposed to later when you may have been more committed to a relationship.

It's strange the boogers some people have lurking in their closets that no one sees until something happens.

Evacuation has to fight incoming water, water temp is 41° hypothermia in 20 minutes or so. Survival is a couple of hours. If the passenger can stay in an air pocket the door is open, rescue chances very good.

Pakistan Got 174 BIG FISHES!

Pakistan said it has arrested the entire Pakistan-based leadership of Lashkar-e-Taiba since November's terrorist attacks on Mumbai, which the U.S. and India charge were planned and carried out by the militant group.

"The entire top, middle and lower-level leadership has been arrested," Pakistan Interior Minister Rehman Malik said at a news conference in Islamabad on Thursday.

~SNIP~

And...surprise surprise there was GAMBLING going in, like in GAZA:

Pakistani officials said several training camps operated by Lashkar have been closed, and authorities had shut several relief camps run by Jamaat-ud-Dawa, some of which have been alleged to double as training grounds. Mr. Malik said several seminaries, hospitals and other institutions run by the organizations have also been closed.

Hamas interior minister Said Siam dies in IAF air strike
Salah Abu Shrakh, the head of the Hamas general security service, was also killed in the air strike. Mahmoud Watfa, one of the commanders of the Hamas military wing, was also killed in the strike.

Responding to the assassination, Hamas exiled leader Khaled Mashaal said that "Israel has totally lost it." According to Mashaal, the hit was proof of Israel being "unnerved", since "it couldn't cope with the Palestinian resistance activists in the Gaza Strip battlefield."

Mashaal asserted that "Israel has more fatalities than Hamas."

Millions of Canadian geese have nowhere to live due to Global Warming Climate Change ManBearPig specieist US immigration policies. Thanks for the support. Like I say, anyone that knows me knows that I am not cruel, but I'm not stupid. I don't go through life trying to be hateful. But I also don't go through life enabling people to continue being jerks. Not my style.

Don't worry, I made her 3 sets of house keys and she has a number of other "friends" wrapped around her finger that can stop by the house. And what the heck, she didn't even pay attention to the notices she has received over the last few months from the utility company. Do I suddenly become the cats caretakers? Back off, they will be taken care of.

Careful, she'll use the cats as a lifeline to you. Get them back to her if possible.

Foxnews shows plane actually moving in the water. Amazing!

The plane is drifting in the water along with the current of the Hudson River. It flows pretty fast, so it takes a steady hand by all those ship pilots to keep in place to render assistance.

Since I am a writer, and I do some contract programming at home, I keep a backup of my plays, articles, columns, musings and my program source code on a thumb drive and it stays in my glove compartment in my car. If you are going to have backups of your data, it's best to keep that backup off site somehow, or else the backup is not as valuable as it could be. Off site is the key.

Millions of Canadian geese have nowhere to live due to Global Warming Climate Change ManBearPig specieist US immigration policies. Bush refuses to assist the noble geese, who are just trying to find work and support their families. These geese are treated as second-class citizens, and are forced to live on the fringes of society, like golf courses, rice fields, and airport runways.

The important question is how can we blame this on the Bush Administration?

Millions of Canadian geese have nowhere to live due to Global Warming Climate Change ManBearPig specieist US immigration policies. Bush refuses to assist the noble geese, who are just trying to find work and support their families. These geese are treated as second-class citizens, and are forced to live on the fringes of society, like golf courses, rice fields, and airport runways.

Wait a miute, these Canadian geese displace our domestic geese.
They come in here drink lots of Moosey beer eh & scavange for less.
I say make them go back North!

Those geese are dependent upon polar bears to maintain their nesting grounds. As the polar bears drown, the goose nesting grounds sink through some magic process perhaps. Leaving the geese with no place to raise their eggs. Except on the backs of the polar bears. Who are drowning, apparently in fact. Racist.

That's so true. And I take the highroad so much. It's hard to shake my faith in people. But, what I found out was I am dealing with a calculated person that KNOWS she is gaming the system. I found letters from the local police department telling her they are going to arrest her for passing bad checks and she ignored the notices. No, this is not someone who is oblivious to what's going on, she either doesn't care, won't learn to care or refuses to accept that her life is not what is use to be.

Shouldn't have anything to do with it. That jamming is jamming signals that are transmitting through the air, from phone to cell tower. Gaza cams are more than likely hard wired to a network, not transmitting it's signal.

And then of course, as I say, she has been treating people like shit, nurses, doctors, social workers. Really, sort of in a white trash way.

Thus authentication becomes center stage. When we logged into the Cert server nobody could remember the p/w for wireless WAP's. The guy that set it up is wooking for Google now...
So for another 8 hours we mess around creating pvk keys for primary keys that would match a secondary certificate in a server store..No luck
At midnight a caller on our conference call figured it out and downloaded a fresh primary.secondary, key cert that authenticated to WEP, WAP and allowed TLS packets to pass on..

This is actually a serious problem in the tech industry, in my opinion. We have all these systems set up with password and passcodes and we know we shouldn't write them down, but what are we to do with all the passwords we have now and the chances of personnel changing?

But fine, if I can't have the monitor, I suppose I can wait. What i really need to do is get a newer TV that has a matte finish so my son doesn't have such problems seeing it when the windows are open. Lower tech, yes, but rather more important.

What kind of person keeps his family around him, even when he knows he’s likely to be a high value target for the IAF?

This kind.

I'm not doing any coding at the moment, but I'll probably need to do some this summer, even if my boss doesn't understand why.

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said the fighting in Gaza has been "a great lesson for all," saying it shows "the absolute defeat and desperation of this (Israeli) regime."

Defeat? I don't think so, Monkeyshit. Lesson? If getting your shit blown away teaches you morons anything, then yeah. But I doubt it.

If you're dating the Wicked Witch of the West, you're not going to get a goodnight kiss.

Or a gremlin.

I'll admit, there are flaws in my plan.

Alive without breath
As cold as death
Never thirsting, ever drinking
Clad in mail, never clinking.
Drowns on dry land
Thinks an island
Is a mountain,
Thinks a fountain
Is a puff of air
So sleek, so fair!
What a joy to meet!
We only wish
To catch a fish,
So juicy-sweet!

So I guess this guy was "Gollum"?

Is it only me? Or have others on this forum also noticed that not a single person in Gaza has shown the slightest sympathy for Israeli soldiers who now suffer from exhaustion after killing Gazans all day long?

879 efuseakay  Thu, Jan 15, 2009 3:56:53pm

Gaza cam is back... but there's no sound. They are also broadcasting a smaller feed as well. Probably to cut down on bandwidth... :(

If anyone gets any of the feeds working with sound, post it up!

They'll pull it out of the water to avoid pollution, but the plane won't fly again.
Don't worry, Boeing (or Airbus) will be glad to make more, but the insurance company won't be so happy.

They can send it to a rework facility or use it for spare parts, much of it will be salvagable...
